We found Brentwood Care Centre to be excellent providers of care for our relative, who was well looked after, well fed, and happy.

I was always welcomed by the carers with genuine smiles, kindness and approachability. Despite such few staff on the floor they maintained a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere.
The receptionists welcome and helpfulness was beyond words: I "off loaded" to her and within minutes she had contacted the
Parkinson's nurse for me. When my sister died she arranged her favorite music to be played as her body was carried through the reception.

Mum has been here since end of July. She has been very well cared for. The staff are very patient and caring. The food is very good and the home is kept very clean. I would highly recommend this home.

The Brentwood Care Centre truly is like a place of Heaven on Earth, and absolutely beautiful. All the nurses, carers and all the staff are absolutely amazing - so caring and patience. The nursing and care all superb. Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so focused on making sure that all
residents are safe and happy. A truly wonderful home, and I am so very pleased that mum lives here - they look after mum so well and better than I could ever hope to do - and I love my mum a lot - a big lot!

From the time my wife was admitted to the care home, she was looked after with respect. With all her needs covered from the moment you walked through the front door, you were greeted with smiles and overall friendly faces. All staff were always helpful and professional. Many thanks to all.

My son is a resident in Brentwood care home. The home is very clean homley and welcoming.
The staff are caring helpful compasionate and very approachable. I feel my son is lucky to be in such a good environment.

My stepdad was only in the care of Brentwood Care Centre for a short time, but whilst he was there he was treated with kindness and respect. The facilities were good, and the staff were courteous and professional. Bridgide patiently explained everything to us and the Receptionish (Sharon I think)
was very kind and helpful.

My mother has now been living here since June 2025.
Rhiannon made the who process extremely easy for both Mum and myself.
Her new room looked amazing, the staff were happy to help and within a week Mum had settled in well.
Mum now has the level of care she needs, and as a family we enjoy visiting
her there.
Rhiannon as an individual went above and beyond to make this process run smoothly.

Everything at this home is fantastic, from the minute you enter at reception it's warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the communal areas are lovely but most importantly the staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and really friendly. At a very difficult and sad time they have helped me feel
happy and calm about my mums care They really care about her and I couldn't hope for her to be in a better home. Thank you to everyone at the Brentwood Care Centre.

My mother-in-law has had exceptional care over the past 2 months. She was fairly withdrawn when she arrived but the staff have been wonderful and she has come on in leaps and bounds. She made friends with some of the other residents and was very well supported by the staff.
This is a happy place
and I would recommend it to anyone considering a placement.

My relative entered Brentwood Care Centre for rehab, after a long spell in hospital, unable to walk and still qiute unwell. After an initial assessment every helped the resident to get back to normal. Walking alone and socialising with other residents. All staff are friendly and respectful of the
resident's needs and wishes giving encouragement and assistance to and recovery The family were kept informed throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend Brentwood Care Centre.

Staff are brilliant my husband is happy here this is the second home he has been in. and it is wonderful my husband is really happy here.
All my family is more than happy with everything, so much goes on here for the residents its wonderful.

As a carer in profession, I have worked in many sectors of care. I cannot praise Brentwood Care Centre enough. My parents are receiving the best care possible. Both have different needs & are fully catered for. There are plenty of activities to join in & are encouraged to do so. Special dates i.e;
birthdays, anniversaries, are celebrated, extra effort is made to make the residents feel at home.

After 5 months in hospital my brother-in-law was moved into Brentwood Care Centre rehabilitation. He was very frustrated at his slow progress in hospital and was not initially a very happy man. His situation was quickly assessed and steps were taken to assist in his rehab. The staff were amazing and
it is clear to see that the change in all aspects of his recovery are beyond all expectations.
This has been an excellent experience for all involved in the family and I would unreservedly recommend Brentwood Care Centre.

On arrival the staff couldn't do enough, not just for my partner but myself and neice. Staff came to number his cloths for the laundry and hung them up, I asked if I could help they said no no its our pleasure. Every member of staff that I have met have been wonderful very helpfull. My partner has
only been here a few days but I can see a big difference in him already, he is much calmer and happy he smiles. I can not thank the staff enough.

Our Dad came to Brentwood Care Centre only for a short time sadly.
But his time there, he was safe, well looked after and cared for to the highest quality.
The building and rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable.
From entering the building, the lady on reception was so kind, welcoming and
caring and made us all feel relaxed and happy. The time we were there especially during when we lost Dad at the end, she gave so much time, care, and love to us, that we will always be grateful. The nurses and care staff on Balmoral were so kind and attentive to Dad and really got to know him well. They nursed him with such care at the end and were gentle and compassionate.
All the staff at Brentwood Care Centre made our time there and experience a very personal one that we will always appreciate. We are so pleased Dad was able to be there for the last few months of his life and only wish he'd been there longer.
Thank you to everyone at Brentwood Care Centre.

From entering the building, the lady on reception was so kind, welcoming and
caring and made us all feel relaxed and happy. The time we were there especially during when we lost Dad at the end, she gave so much time, care, and love to us, that we will always be grateful. The nurses and care staff on Balmoral were so kind and attentive to Dad and really got to know him well. They nursed him with such care at the end and were gentle and compassionate.
All the staff at Brentwood Care Centre made our time there and experience a very personal one that we will always appreciate. We are so pleased Dad was able to be there for the last few months of his life and only wish he'd been there longer.
