The team are excited to introduce Olive Grove, a new residential community offering a warm, inviting atmosphere with modern living spaces. Designed for those seeking an element of independence with access to comprehensive care services, Olive Grove fosters a close-knit community feel, enhanced by shared spaces, engaging activities, and the beautiful surroundings of Brentwood.

The team take pride in the Willow Brook dementia suite, where the dedicated Dementia Lead and team provide specialised care in a calm, supportive environment, prioritising the physical and emotional well-being of residents.

At the heart of their care is their commitment to great food. The Culinary Team, led by a skilled Chef, prepares wholesome, seasonal menus daily, promoting the health and well-being of residents with every meal.

A vibrant activities programme enriches the lives of residents, offering a variety of engagements tailored to individual abilities and interests. Whether enjoying the landscaped courtyard gardens, exploring local attractions on a minibus outing, or participating in creative workshops, there’s something for everyone.

Brentwood Care Centre is purpose-built, featuring recently refurbished facilities including a bistro, lounges, a cocktail bar, a cinema, a hair salon, and a library. Each ensuite bedroom is spacious and elegantly designed for maximum comfort and privacy.

My mother has now been living here since June 2025.
Rhiannon made the who process extremely easy for both Mum and myself.
Her new room looked amazing, the staff were happy to help and within a week Mum had settled in well.
Mum now has the level of care she needs, and as a family we enjoy visiting
her there.
Rhiannon as an individual went above and beyond to make this process run smoothly.

Everything at this home is fantastic, from the minute you enter at reception it's warm and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful, the communal areas are lovely but most importantly the staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and really friendly. At a very difficult and sad time they have helped me feel happy

My mother-in-law has had exceptional care over the past 2 months. She was fairly withdrawn when she arrived but the staff have been wonderful and she has come on in leaps and bounds. She made friends with some of the other residents and was very well supported by the staff.
This is a happy place and

My relative entered Brentwood Care Centre for rehab, after a long spell in hospital, unable to walk and still qiute unwell. After an initial assessment every helped the resident to get back to normal. Walking alone and socialising with other residents. All staff are friendly and respectful of the resident's

As a carer in profession, I have worked in many sectors of care. I cannot praise Brentwood Care Centre enough. My parents are receiving the best care possible. Both have different needs & are fully catered for. There are plenty of activities to join in & are encouraged to do so. Special dates i.e; birthdays,
anniversaries, are celebrated, extra effort is made to make the residents feel at home.

After 5 months in hospital my brother-in-law was moved into Brentwood Care Centre rehabilitation. He was very frustrated at his slow progress in hospital and was not initially a very happy man. His situation was quickly assessed and steps were taken to assist in his rehab. The staff were amazing and
it is clear to see that the change in all aspects of his recovery are beyond all expectations.
This has been an excellent experience for all involved in the family and I would unreservedly recommend Brentwood Care Centre.

On arrival the staff couldn't do enough, not just for my partner but myself and neice. Staff came to number his cloths for the laundry and hung them up, I asked if I could help they said no no its our pleasure. Every member of staff that I have met have been wonderful very helpfull. Our Dad came to Brentwood Care Centre only for a short time sadly.
But his time there, he was safe, well looked after and cared for to the highest quality.
The building and rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable.
From entering the building, the lady on reception was so kind, welcoming and caring
and made us all feel relaxed and happy. The time we were there especially during when we lost Dad at the end, she gave so much time, care, and love to us, that we will always be grateful. The nurses and care staff on Balmoral were so kind and attentive to Dad and really got to know him well. They nursed him with such care at the end and were gentle and compassionate.
All the staff at Brentwood Care Centre made our time there and experience a very personal one that we will always appreciate. We are so pleased Dad was able to be there for the last few months of his life and only wish he'd been there longer.

My grandad is currently in the dementia unit, the recent works done to the building are really nice and the rooms are nice and modern with the right amount of space and kept very clean. The communal spaces are really nice and a good size for different people to use and relax. Staff are really accommodating
and kind to the residents and know all of them by name. We couldn't ask for more.

From my initial query about care, literally everything has been incredibly smooth and easy. Dad has settled in and I have seen firsthand just how kind, caring and

Maria Siia brings a unique blend of leadership experience and compassionate care to her role as Acting General Manager at Brentwood Care Centre.


With a background in nursing and further qualifications including NVQ Level 4, 5, and 6 in Health and Social Care Management, as well as a Master’s course in Nursing Diagnosis, Maria has developed the skills and knowledge needed to lead both operationally and clinically. She is passionate about using her expertise to support staff, uphold high standards, and ensure residents receive care that is both person-centred and respectful.


Maria thrives on the variety her role brings, valuing the opportunity to guide her team, solve challenges, and make a positive impact each day. She is especially proud to work at Brentwood Care Centre, a home praised for its friendly, responsive staff and its welcoming, purpose-built environment.

Job Title: Customer Relations Manager Joined: 2022

Rhiannon joined the Brentwood Care Centre family in Spring 2022.


She is passionate about her role, supporting families and loved ones on their journey in looking for care and also building community links with the home's local community.


'I love that my role is meeting people whether that be supporting them in understanding the processes of looking for care during what can be a difficult time or, organising community events such as our monthly Dementia Cafés and our intergenerational events.'

Diana Moraru – Manole

Job Title: Essex Regional Operations Manager

Essex Regional Operations Manager, Diana has a wealth of experience and knowledge from across Health and Social Care Sectors.


With over 16 years of experience, Diana started her career as a Health Care Assistant in a neurosurgical hospital and went on to train and qualify as a Nurse in Romania. Since coming to the UK in 2016 as a Nurse, Diana has had various roles leading up to her first General Manager role in 2017.


Diana’s experience in developing a team’s knowledge and skills through leadership and mentoring is something she is passionate about and is looking forward to supporting RCH Care Homes across Essex.


Another part of her role as Essex Regional Operations Manager that she loves is, ‘inspiring a great team to make further differences to the lives of the residents, making sure they are living their best life possible and that everyone feels it is a nice place to live and work; because it’s a home from home.’


Whilst not a work Diana enjoys travelling, keeping up to date with world news and being adventurous; this year she took part in a Sky Dive!
