Friendly staff
Very welcoming
We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
Having moved in to the home I find it to an excellant standard overall, and in some cases individual nurses go the extra mile in relation to patient treatment. Overal the care assistance are of a high standard, but unfortunately a few assistants on night duty are lacking in the same skills and the personal touch and but again certain individuals night staff are exceptional.

My husband arrived at the care home directly from hospital following a hip replacement for physio and rehabilitation. He was never seen face to face by a doctor after his arrival & no physiotherapist was in evidence during his stay. I couldn't fill all the ratings because they didn't seem to apply to us, & the NHS were picking up the bill. His condition didn't improve whole he was there and he was admitted to another hospital after 3 weeks & didn't return
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are very sorry to hear about your husband's health challenges and that his stay did not meet your expectations. When residents are admitted following a hospital discharge, medical oversight and physiotherapy are often arranged through...
