He was never seen face to face by a doctor after his arrival & no physiotherapist was in evidence during his stay. I couldn't fill all the ratings because they didn't seem to apply to us, & the NHS were picking up the bill. His condition didn't improve whole he was there and he was admitted to another hospital after 3 weeks & didn't return
