I would like to say thank you for all the effort, patience, care and love my mother received during this time. This applies to all the staff and I would like to say a special thank you to Hayley for everything she did when mums time came. It was a great help for mum and me.

The reason I have given excellent to my answers is because since my mum has been in the care home, she has been well looked after by all members of staff. The staff have been easy to approach and talk to and give empathy to patients and their family. The atmosphere is warm and always welcoming. Management and activities team have been so approachable and kind in recognising my feelings. The care home has helped towards making my mum have a wonderful time for her birthday, giving us good memories each year. Thank you all.

July 25 Bett arrived on end-of-life support. Today she was on form. Best I have seen her in many years. The staff are wonderful in every possible way. No complaints whatsoever. The placement here has been the best thing possible for her. She is very lucky to be cared here.

Such friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere. Excellent receptionist. The care of Bet has been superb. Bet came here on end-of-life support and seeing Bet today is the best I have seen her.

Every thing seems fine

Very polite staff and very welcoming

I visited Queens Court yesterday, as I was taking my brother out to celebrate his birthday. He has been a resident at QC for over 7 years following a major heart attack and stroke. I met the lovely Sue on Reception, who showed me where my brother was, and her and I had a good chat - she was extremely warm, friendly and helpful with my brother. He was in the sitting room and was watching tv looking very comfortable and relaxed. All the staff I met there were so friendly, and everyone was wishing him a Happy Birthday. Following our lunch I took him back and I had the opportunity to discuss my brother's care with Claire (QC Adminstrator) and Daniela (QC General Manager) - they showed great empathy, understanding and kindness to me and the situation. I know that my brother is in the best place he could be. He is safe, comfortable and appears content and happy. I couldn't ask for any more from a care home. Thank you to all the staff at Queens Court .

fete was fantastic, the effort put in by the staff was amazing, they were friendly and attentive, all the residents looked happy and seemed to enjoy the music

i have visited my friend on numerous occasions. Each time she has been well looked after and appears to be content. she is bed bound but her hair and personal hygiene is clean and well managed. She is peg fed so I cannot comment on her diet.

When I look online they do show photographs of events going on. So it's nice the people that are there can do interesting things, painting, quizes, games in and out of the garden, making pizzas, so it keeps there mind's active.

Always a happy place to visit with carers second to none, staff fab, and staff on Sunday 7th just came to Pauline's party. Melissa and all staff. Food delicious. Everyone so good, kind and helpful.

Treated with care & respect, assistance with washing/showering/dressing when needed. Excellent & varied activities led by amazing staff. Nothing too much trouble for any member of staff. Only interaction with management was day of & day before leaving.

Fantastic staff. Catering staff excellent in every way.

Summer fete was a huge success - staff made a real effort to ensure everyone was included - people from local community joined in and were made to feel welcome. Well done all.

The care home have gone above and beyond not just my mum but the whole family visiting. They checked on us all and gave us our privacy when needed. Unfortunately, Mum was not in the home for long as was poorly. The staff are fantastic. The best care for my mum.

Very satisfied with his care, the staff go over and above to help my husband.

It didn't matter when we came to visit, Dad was always looked after well and the staff were very proffesional and friendly.
