My Nan was at Maidstone Care Centre & the staff all went above and beyond. Not only for Nan but for the whole family. They took time to explain everything to us & ensured my Grandad had what he needed when visiting. Thank you to all the staff, you truly were there at our time of need and we can't thank you enough.

You're ongoing support has been amazing and kept me going.

I am very happy with the service my dad got plus I was made welcome too and nothing was to much of a problem. This is a five star care home in my opinion and anyone should not have any problems with love ones going in to the home

Having spent the last two months in hospital it is good to see my husband settled and comfortable in a lovely room and being well looked after by the staff. Unfortunatly he has numerous health problems and I appreciate the tenderness shown to him on what is a very difficult time.

Staff are lovely and polite but the lunchroom was like an oven (unbearable) and my sister had sweatpants on, she kept tugging at them, obviously meaning she was hot and uncomfortable. I asked the staff if they could find something cooler for her to wear. I bought a drink for my sister which she drank all of because clearly she was thirsty. In very hot temperatures they put a thick, woollen, and plastic full body bib on her. She was tugging at it and clearly uncomfortable. This is not ok.

Such lovely people, treating the residents with care, compassion and respect.

We visited every day and everyone made us feel very welcome. Communication was generally very good and care and compassion were shown during my mother's final illness.

We have had a few issues with my brothers behaviour but the staff and everyone have been amazing. The home is lovely, clean and welcoming.

Knowing that my Dad is happy and well looked after means the world to us. We are incredibly grateful for everything the team does and would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for exceptional care for a loved one.

I visited my friend and I stayed with her while the music entertainment was on. It was good fun and enjoyable. The staff are excellant and truly kind and caring. My friend enjoyed it too.

I am very happy living here and truly feels like home. The staff are kind, caring and treat me with respect. The foot is excellent with plenty of choice and I really enjoy my meals. There are lots of activities and I especially enjoy the trips out which I always look forward too. I have made some wonderful friends here and there is always someone to talk too and spend time with. The home has a warm and friendly atmosphere and would recommend it to anyone looking for care.

In short it's just a lovely home

Having been to visit dad in 2 different homes before he came to live at Woodlands, I can honestly say this outshines them by miles. We are very happy with the care dad receives.

The staff and manager Darren have been very kind and considerate towards my brother, who had very aggressive behaviour. Darren has spoken to us about his behaviour and we fully understand what they are up against but he has gone above everything to keep him in the home, which my sisters and I are most grateful.

Looking for the right home is hard, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I received a warm welcome with a cup of tea from the manager. Having looked around several homes, this one stood out. All the staff greeted me warmly. My husband has settled in well, and the staff are both kind and compassionate to both me and him as we get used to a different life. He is always immaculately dressed, and a lovely menu is on offer every day. He has a bright, large bedroom, and everywhere feels calm and relaxed. I am so grateful for finding this place and feeling like I can let go and trust he is being well looked after. Thank you to everyone who works together to make this place a home.

I honestly can't praise Manton Heights enough for the care, love and support they have all showed my Nan during her 3 month respite stay. The change in my Nan has been immense, all the staff go above and beyond and Melissa the active coordinator deserves a special shout out. She is absolutely perfect at what she does and each day I visit all the residents are happy and seem to be enjoying their day which is very telling. I wish she could stay there as a permanent resident but unfortunately due to funding we couldn't keep Nan there, but I will never forget what this home has done and the huge impact it's had on my Nan and myself.

I would not recommend this care home to anyone. They are clearly understaffed and have the minimum amount of qualified staff working at any point. Any concerns raised were dismissed by the staff and particularly the management. I was told that the staff and nurses all had high medical knowledge which evidently is NOT the case, and if there is any need for the Doctor - I wouldn't even bother.. They are a business who will take your money gladly, but not give the care, respect and help that the residents need. I would urge anyone who is looking for a care home to look elsewhere. There are a few staff who were brilliant, but management were appalling and clearly unqualified to deal with complex cases. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My mother has been a resident at Park View Home for seven months. The experience has been very positive. All the staff are kind, patient and attentive, taking time to get to know her and I feel happy as I know she is very well cared for. Park View is a lovely, clean, comfortable and welcoming home for all residents and their families. The food looks and smells good and they are varied. The staff keep me up to date with Mum's health and care, for which I am deeply grateful. I would and do recommend Park View Care Home to other families, who are looking for a supportive, compassionate environment.
