Our first impressions were impressive as you would imagine but 5 months in we are certain that RCH is the perfect place for our loved one. I was extremely nervous about handing mum over to be cared for by others due to her highly complex nursing needs. However, thanks to everyone at RCH who have taken on the challenge with a such compassion, kindness and an above and beyond professional attitude, we have no doubt we made the right choice. From the nursing staff to management, their professional support for us in navigating a complex social care system too has been invaluable. The environment is very warm, welcoming and friendly. The activities are incredible and inclusive despite the limitations of residents which is amazing. And as for the food, well compliments to the chef, it's always very tasty and wholesome (I know as have often had a cheeky plate myself). Thank you to everyone at RCH!

My mother is a resident at this wonderful care home.

It is spotlessly clean, has spacious, comfortable rooms and excellent facilities.

The staff are incredible - the front office (reception, customer service, administration) are all very efficient whilst also being very open and friendly. They value our input and make us feel like family - community is an intrinsic part of the home's ethos, and the place has a wonderful atmosphere because of this. The carers are all wonderful - warm, friendly, patient and very focused on the residents' well-being and dignity at all times. The events team provide a vast, inventive variety of daily activities for the residents, who always have something fun to do, and this is very important. Whilst I haven't tasted it myself, I'm told the food is of a very high standard.

It is a huge relief for my wife and I to know that now that we are no longer able to care for her at home, my mother is receiving the very best of care at this exceptional residence.

The most welcoming place, bright and cheery from decor to staff!! Always immaculately clean - lovely fragrant aroma. Lots of lovely activities for residents daily! Staff always happy to give time and advice. 10/10

My Mum and Dad are both in Romford Care home and I am very impressed at the level of care given. Everyone is professional as well as friendly and they have become part of our extended family. I can sleep soundly at night knowing my parents are being well looked after. My Dad' health deteriorated suddenly and their response to helping him was second to none. Highly recommended.

Dad is a resident for palliative care. As he has deteriorated he has been given more and more care which is just what we expected. The nursing and care staff have been excellent. Mum is also a resident. She has Parkinson's and the entertainment/activities staff have done a great job adjusting to her abilities and getting her involved. The admin team are also friendly and efficient. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming. I would highly recommend Romford Care Home.

My wife's stay has been wonderful from day one

I have a very good impression about the home, the moment you enter you feel welcome and the staff in the unit are well trained from nurses, care staff, domestic they are all approachable and you can see that they all care for their residents that live in Romford Care Centre with respect. Their Management are all welcoming you can see them all on the floor supporting each other which is good to see knowing everyone have build a good team work. Everyday there are different activities and they are all enjoying themselves.

Very good experience. Very clean environment. Staff is professionall and the team dynamic is good. Overall experience is positive. Overall professional environment. Management team remains professional all the time.

I have to say, I experienced an excellent time, since my dad was omitted into this care home, friendly, attentive staff, nothing too much trouble, communication. First class, facilities top draw too. Couldn't have wished for a better resting place for my father, we as a family are very thankful he's there.

The best compliment I can pay you is to say "I have peace of mind" about her care.

Food is adequate

I have visited Romford Care Home on numerous occasions and quietly observed staff go above and beyond for their residents wellbeing, which i found comforting and reassuring. A secure environment where residents feel safe (especially those with dementia). Engaging activities, good food and a warm clean environment, and all input received openly. When and if I am in need, I hope I stay in an environment like Romford Care Home. Well done RCH, keep up the good work.

I came from România to see my brother who îs staying în The care home. I was very impressed and happy with the care home. The home waa very clean and did not smell. The staff are very helpful, caring and treat my brother as a human being. They look after him very well and show him compassion. Not Like The previous care home that he was în previoisly. I can now go back to România and feel more relaxed knowing my brother îs being take care of well
