I visited my friend and I stayed with her while the music entertainment was on. It was good fun and enjoyable. The staff are excellant and truly kind and caring. My friend enjoyed it too.

I honestly can't praise Manton Heights enough for the care, love and support they have all showed my Nan during her 3 month respite stay. The change in my Nan has been immense, all the staff go above and beyond and Melissa the active coordinator deserves a special shout out. She is absolutely perfect at what she does and each day I visit all the residents are happy and seem to be enjoying their day which is very telling. I wish she could stay there as a permanent resident but unfortunately due to funding we couldn't keep Nan there, but I will never forget what this home has done and the huge impact it's had on my Nan and myself.

I've just moved my mum in, and the team are just incredible, so happy to have moved here, thanks for the warm welcome, this place is amazing! The place is big, bright, and so peaceful outside. There are lots of great facilities.

Went on Tuesday it was National Italy Day. Great music and a bit of dancing. Great fun. Had pasta and Tirramasu for lunch, yum. On Saturday, got back at 3 when Biingo was starting. My mum's Pam won a line she enjoyed that, then on Sunday had her nails manicured and painted and loves them.

I still can't quite find the words to express my gratitude. Following my emergency spinal surgery, I was left unable to stand, walk, or move my lower limbs. But after three months of dedicated rehabilitation, I proudly walked out the doors. A massive thank you to the care and physiotherapy team for your love, support, and tireless efforts on my journey. You helped me take steps I never thought were possible, and I will never forget what you've done for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lots of love, Cookie/Mukesh x

I visited my friend, and she was taking part in a singalong group in the lounge upstairs. It was called 'The Sunshine Choir'. which I thought was such a lovely name. The lady who was leading it was so kind and caring with the residents, speaking to them all as individuals and really brightening their day, and I felt bringing hope and brightness to their lives. She describes them all as a family, and there really was that feel to it. They were singing along to a keyboard, and it was played amazingly and professionally.

We loved the Easter Party! Thank you to the entertainment team.

Had a lovely afternoon again at Manton Heights, thanks to the activities team, Aran, Sian and Melissa, who consistently made a difference to the lives of the residents at Manton.

We were there over the winter months so didn't get to enjoy the outside space

My husband Chas was lucky enough to be admitted to the ABI unit following a stroke in September 2025. He spent over 6 months being looked after by a brilliant team of carers, catered for by excellent kitchen staff and supported back to a new life by an amazing team of therapists. Chas speaks very highly of everyone at the unit and holds good memories of his time there.

Yvonne found her stay at Manton Heights ABI Unit to be a very helpful experience. All the staff were very pleasant, professional and friendly, the work they do here for the residents is vital for them to get them on the right road to making a good recovery.

Melissa and team yet again excellent in the Easter Monday Activities. Food was good and team as usual put the effort for everyone. Thank you all.

We are grateful for all the help and care shown to my mother, which has resulted in the transformation of her condition, giving her better mental health.

I visited my friend for the first time and was made welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The staff were smiling and I could hear laughter. My friends room was clean and bright. Not like I imagined a care home to be like. He was having lunch and it looked appealing and hot. He said he was asked to join in activity and games

The activities team at Manton Heights Care Centre continues to provide all excellent service for the residents. There are visits/activities etc on an ongoing basis. I'm aware the job can be frustrating at times but all the individuals within the team give of their best and provide a framework for entertainment and development.

Loved my stay at this magnificent facility - I was a resident for 14 weeks. I feel very fortunate to receive care in this excellent facility. All the staff were very friendly and supportive. It was like being home from home. Catering was excellent. Highly recommend it.

I have visited mum the last three days and the care, love and respect she receives from all staff has been heartwarming, their professionalism and genuine care for her is so reassuring for both mum and all our family, thank you to the Carlton team for your ongoing support giving mum her dignity at such a difficult time.
