I have seen good consistent standards since visiting my relative here. I would say that overall it is still improving. I have no complaints.

Dad wasn't in Longmead for very long. Following a fall at home he was admitted to Longmead. We found them very caring and professional. The home was nice and the staff extremely friendly. They all remembered us when we visited dad and took the time to speak to us and kept us updated on how he was
doing. We thought the care he received was exceptional and that we were lucky to have found the nursing home. We were happy that dad was in a safe and caring environment. Sadly he passed away a month after entering the home.

This is the first time we have had the opportunity to visit my mother in law at Longmead . We were very impressed with the community feel at Longmead and how well my mother in law had settled into her new 'home' . All the staff are commendable from the reception, the nurses , assistant carers and
the catering staff ( excellent food ) . Multiple 'home' visits from NHS made medical care and appointments very easy . My mother in laws room was kept very clean and small touches from her old 'home' made her room welcoming. Thanks again to ALL the staff for caring for my mother in law with dignity, efficiency and most importantly with a smile .

The service at Longmead is exceptional. From the reception staff to the resident carer teams . The home is clean and has a happy but professional vibe. . Our family are very pleased with care that my mum is receiving.

Our dad was recently sent there for end of life care. He was always looked after with the utmost care and compassion from every member of staff that came into contact with him. We were always made welcome and included in everything to do with dad's care and wellbeing.

Mum spend a short period of time at you're care home. I would love to commend the staff at this place they were polite , friendly, caring and attentative. They could not of done any more. Rooms were cleaned throughly. All staff were exceptional including management. 10 out of 10 service. Job well
done !

From the begining the staff here have always been helpful and caring to my wife. Also, I would if asked, would recommend Longmead Court Nursing Home to anyone. Thank you Longmead.

we moved my father here after being refused admission to his previous home after a hospital stay. The staff were friendly and supportive and within a short time he was happy and settled. His care needs were exceptionally dealt with and i was kept fully informed of any changes. As my father declined
he was well supported and i was very happy we had made this move to longmead. we would highly recommend here for their family atmosphere and care.

My husband was admitted to Longmead Court Nursing Home from another medical facility for end-of-life care. I was anxious about the care he would receive as I'd had no choice in the placement. However, I quickly realised my concerns were unfounded. From his reception to his passing, he received
dedicated care, as I have never witnessed before. The compassion and nursing skills combined allowed him to end his life peacefully and comfortably.

My nan has received great care since being in the care home. My nan has been very settled.
My grandad visits my nan a few times a week and has always said how nice the staff are.

My mother was admitted to Longmead in March 2023 after a very stressful 3 weeks in hospital after a fall. The treatment she received once she arrived at the home, was excellent. She was dealt with in a very caring manner and all the staff are always helpful and friendly when you visit.

The staff at Longmead Court Nursing Home are amazing. The admin team and managers were friendly and approachable. The carers and nurses were so caring and looked after my dad with so much care and consideration of his needs. They also looked after us the whole way through we are just so grateful to

I write this review soon after my husband of 54 years has died following inoperable brain tumours. Life at the end was as good as it could be, thanks to the staff at Longmead Court. He was welcomed to Longmead from hospital, a very ill and unhappy man. The nursing staff instinctively knew how to
talk to him and put him at ease, explaining what they needed to do and how they would care for him. He had hated being in hospital and this felt like a sanctuary to us both. He could be challenging but they saw through this to the man behind the brain tumour and gave him just incredible, respectful loving care. His bright sunny room became our home for the last 6 weeks. All the staff, from the caring admin staff, nurses, care staff and the cleaning, catering and ancillary staff could not have been more friendly and helpful to me and my family. They were careful to support us too, we felt we could talk to them about any worries and fears. Amazing committed people!

My wife was transferred here from the hospital after a hemiarthroplasty of a broken hip, successful but ruined by too-early discharge. In Longmead she needed dementia care and palliative wound care. Both were provided by a competent staff of nurses and carers very well.

My mother has been a resident at Longmead Court Nursing Home for five and a half years now. Our family has always found that it is a warm and friendly environment, and the staff treat the residents with dignity and respect. I have the peace of mind knowing that Mum is well cared for.

Our dad was placed in Longmead Court 3 weeks ago it was the only care home which would take him from the hospital. We are both so grateful to you. Our dad was cared for so well, 24 hour care one on one. The staff were absolutely amazing, gentle and caring. Our dad passed away with dignity and
comfort and we could visit him whenever we wanted. We both feel so grateful to you all. Thank you.

I have found the staff to be most kind and caring, very attentive to my husband's needs. Nothing is done grudgingly and they treat my husband with respect.
