What a wonderful house. My mother is happy, such caring staff, hope I land one day in a house like this. Food is marvelous, rooms clean. Nothing is too much. Staff seem really happy in there work. As I live in Holland, I felt quite happy to leave mum, knowing she's een well cared for. They treat her as family. Thank you all.

I am so pleased my friend was allocated this care home. She is very happy there and the staff/management are so kind, friendly and helpful, maintaining her dignity and fulfilling her wishes at all times. I also am so happy that if I cannot visit often, I know that she couldn't be cared for any better.

My son has ben in Carolyne House for almost 7 months when I visit him he is happy, settled and well looked after. The staff are always friendly and helpful to me when I visit. The extra services provided I.e. Opticians/dentists is very helpful. My overall opinion of Carolyne House is excellent!

My dads just stayed at Carolyne House and seemed to enjoy it. Staff were friendly, took him to the garden and the lounge. Couldn't do enough. Very pleased with it.

My mother was a proud, fit and fiercely independent woman throughout her long life, but now at the age of 97 she has severe dementia and is unable to walk. When she entered Carolyn House, we, the family, thought she was near her end but, with the care and patience of the dedicated staff, she has become stronger and is now contented and comfortable in a beautiful room of her own. We are always greeted by friendly care staff whenever we visit. We often find her in the lounge and although she cannot interact with the others, she is happy to be surrounded by other people and not lonely and isolated. She is always clean and well groomed, which is not easy as she puts up a fight. We have been surprised to find her with painted nails, as she never painted them in her prime, but it illustrates the care and attention given to the patients. Although she cannot enjoy the tearoom or the artwork on the walls, it adds to general feeling of comfort and homeliness. The staff greet her with a smile and as she responds to mood, when the staff are happy, she is happy too.

The staff are always friendly, happy and always go the extra mile. The manager is always happy to speak to us if we need to. Premises is always clean & tidy.

All the staff are very welcoming to the family and can't do enough to help mum and make her comfortable. Mum loves the food which is served and is so relaxed being here that she even went out on a trip with the home which she thoroughly enjoyed and already asked when can she go back, and looking forward to her next outing which is amazing for her considering she's not been out the house for over 4 years. The manager is fabulous so approachable and can't do enough to help.

A massive thank you to all that have cared for my mother over nearly seven years. She has been cared for to the highest level and we cannot thank everyone enough for their support and compassion. I would highly recommend Carolyne House to anyone.

All of the staff are fantastic! The care & patience they display to my mum is beyond good. Not just with my mum but all the residents. I no longer live locally, and I feel confident leaving Mum with the manager & her team. They always keep me up to date with how Mum is. Thank you all!

Carolyne House staff have been so welcoming, they allow my brother-in-law to bring his dog to see the resident and they are always happy, smiling and positive. Staff treat them with empathy and respect, engaging in conversation that is appropriate for somone with dementia. The resident is always clean, well presented and comfortable, her health has improved since entering the home. The care home environment is bright and clean, it never smells foul. The food looks appetizing and she seems to enjoy her meals. We as a family, feel at ease now that she is receiving outstanding care, credit goes to the manager for running and excellent establishment with thanks.

I would like to say in the strongist terms, that from day one we have been very happy with all aspects of care given, and openess and help we have received from all staff about present and long term care for the future for my mother.

My husband has been here just over a year. Although his mobility etc. has not improved. With the staff's help he mixes in with other residents. He gets on with all the staff knowing them by name, He always enjoys the food and makes comments, according to the staff. As family members, we are kept up to date with everything that goes on in the home, via weekly emails. When needed urgently we are contacted immediately by phone.

My mother in law was only a resident for a short period but I am so glad she spent her last few weeks there. The rooms, the facilities were perfect and the people there, especially the manager, were just brilliant and so caring. Thank you all.

My brother has been at Carolyne House for 2 years and my mum goes there for respite. I have nothing but praise for how they are looked after and my brother appears to be so much happier there because it has given him more interest in participating in both indoor and outdoor activities. The home is always clean and the staff are very welcoming and keep you informed of any issues, be it medical or personal.

This care home is utterly amazing! They have looked after my great grandmother for a few years I would recommend this home. The manager is one of the best managers I've met. All other staff are lovely and make sure nan is looked after. I'm forever grateful for everything you do. Keep being amazing.

On my visits I have always been greeted and welcomed very nicely and all staff I have met have been lovely. First time I visited the home where my friend went to, I thought this feels like a lovely place and it is, highly recommend it.

Really good experience, lovely, clean, homely feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Friendly staff and resident's rooms all clean and warm. Residents well looked after.
