Our family cannot thank Caroline House enough for the wonderful care and love they show our grandad. From the moment he arrived, we've felt completely at ease knowing he's in such good hands. The staff are outstanding - efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond every single
day to make the residents feel comfortable, valued, and happy.
What makes Caroline House truly special is the atmosphere - it feels like one big family. There are always activities and events going on to keep everyone engaged and smiling, and we're always made to feel welcome whenever we visit.

I cannot express enough the wonders the staff, nurses and carers have done for my Nan since she has been in their care . Before entering the home she had become a shell of her former self, often feeling down with little interest in what life had to offer . Since being in Carolyne House, she is like
a new person , she has her cheeky spark back and is absolutely loving her new busy social life . Genuinely, this change has been a result of the hard work, care and genuine dedication of the staff . Despite their extremely large workload, they go out of their way to make all the residents feel special and are always laughing and smiling. Their carefully planned activities programme helps every resident to enjoy themselves and also keep bodies and minds active (whilst also having lots of fun) . I cannot thank you all enough for giving my beloved Nan the gold standard of care !! You are all amazing.

From the moment she arrived at Carolyne House, we knew she would be safe and well cared for. All the staff are always happy and would do anything for her and visiting family to ensure everyone felt relaxed. The home has a lovely 'homely' feel about it. The manager took time to get to know her and understood
how we were all anxious about her quality of life, the manager was proactive to ensure she received occupational & physiotherapy to enable her to safely move from the bed to a chair so she could be part of the homes communal areas, including her on outdoor activities where possible. Although she was only at the home from January to August she had the best quality of life possible, given her advanced dementia. Thank you for the high level of care which was given with empathy at all times.

What a wonderful house. My mother is happy, such caring staff, hope I land one day in a house like this. Food is marvelous, rooms clean. Nothing is too much. Staff seem really happy in there work. I am so pleased my friend was allocated this care home. She is very happy there and the staff/management are so kind, friendly and helpful, maintaining her dignity and fulfilling her wishes at all times. My son has ben in Carolyne House for almost 7 months when I visit him he is happy, settled and well looked after. The staff are always friendly and helpful to me when I visit. The extra services provided I.e. Opticians/dentists is very helpful.

My mother was a proud, fit and fiercely independent woman throughout her long life, but now at the age of 97 she has severe dementia and is unable to walk. When she entered Carolyn House, we, the family, thought she was near her end but, with the care and patience of the dedicated staff, she has become
stronger and is now contented and comfortable in a beautiful room of her own. We are always greeted by friendly care staff whenever we visit. We often find her in the lounge and although she cannot interact with the others, she is happy to be surrounded by other people and not lonely and isolated. She is always clean and well groomed, which is not easy as she puts up a fight. We have been surprised to find her with painted nails, as she never painted them in her prime, but it illustrates the care and attention given to the patients. Although she cannot enjoy the tearoom or the artwork on the walls, it adds to general feeling of comfort and homeliness. The staff greet her with a smile and as she responds to mood, when the staff are happy, she is happy too.

All the staff are very welcoming to the family and can't do enough to help mum and make her comfortable. Mum loves the food which is served and is so relaxed being here that she even went out on a trip with the home which she thoroughly enjoyed and already asked when can she go back, and looking forward
to her next outing which is amazing for her considering she's not been out the house for over 4 years. The manager is fabulous so approachable and can't do enough to help.
