Everyone is kind and helpful and this is obvious as soon as you arrive. All staff are knowledgeable about the patient and their treatment plan. Thank you for looking after our precious family member.

I have to say to Avi and her brilliant team, thank you so very much for Dads 100th birthday celebrations on Friday the 9th October. Also helping me with the surprise party for him on Saturday with all the family.

My dad has multiple system atrophy and after a very difficult few years I feel hes finally safe and well cared for in his personal needs and more importantly hes medical needs. The home itself is clean and well equiped for getting my dad out of bed and getting him into the garden. Staff and management are 100 percent the most caring people to both my mum and dad. All staff are extremly friendly & polite. The whole surroundings of the property is kept to a very high standard. We would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone looking for a care home.

My mum has been in Carolyne House for around 4 years. She involves herself in all activities and loves going out on trips. She's made lots of friends and the staff can't do enough for her. I love seeing her on the social media posts and honestly feel this home has given her a new lease of life.

Dad's health and mental well being has improved since he has been here at Carolyne House. The staff engage with dad whatever his mood and encourage him to join in with the activities. He eats well and is well looked after

For 2 1/2 years Carolyne House have provided a caring, safe, stimulating home for my elderly mother. Good food, varied activities & a stimulating can do culture enriched her life right till the end. I cannot thank the staff enough for their genuine care & love towards my mother.

Thank you to the staff that sang Happy Birthday to my sister. All staff are friendly and helpful. I know that my sister is being well cared for and that she does like to have a friendly banter with those that care for her.

Since we moved my mother-in-law here from a care home in Kent we cannot fault the care and compassion given to her. All staff from cleaners to managers are helpful and treat Mum with respect & dignity.

The team go above & beyond to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable & cared for. Communications with families is excellent. Any concerns are addressed promptly & thoughtfully.
