The care and compassion we receive from all the staff at Carolyne House is exceptional
My dad is so well cared for and the nurses keep me fully updated on any health / care issues
Words can't express my gratitude to everyone who works at Carolyne House

They are so attentive and ensure my dad takes part in lots of activities despite his advanced dementia

I called in to make an enquiry about my mum and how I could get her a place there.
I was met by Avigail who was very helpful and before I knew it mum was in as a resident
She has been there for nearly a month now and I could not be any happier how things have turned out she is now settled and feels at home and this is due to to the amazing people there it feels like home and I am at peace knowing I have no worries they are now part of my family and I no longer worry how mum is as they treat her as their own Avigail marilyn and the wonderful Livia the fact I have my mum 3 minutes away knowing they are caring for her and giving her new memories with the things they do for the residents I'm eternally grateful they've given her a new lease of life I could go on forever with kind words what this place has done is all I could have hoped for thank you Carolyne House in a sentence not all angels have wings but thank you so much I love you all from the bottom of my heart

My father was staying at Carolyne House under nursing. He recently passed away in January and up to his passing, he was treated with dignity and compassion. I can not speak more highly of the 'team' at Carolyne House, as that is what we thought of them a 'team'. It was a positive experience and we cannot thank the staff there enough for their kindness and care.

I have always been given a warm, friendly welcome from staff when visiting my Aunt. Their kindness to the residents is lovely to see and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. The activities team also make sure there is plenty for residents to do and ensure they are active and entertained, especially the lovely days out they arrange - I think it is so important to give the residents the chance to still be part of life outside of the care home.

I asked for a large recliner chair to be removed to allow more room in mum's room. This was swiftly undertaken, relocated to another resident who was awaiting this item. We were happy with this quick action, the other resident was too!

My partners Mum was taken in by Carolyne House within 24 hours of my partner approaching the manager and explaining the situation with his mum that she had been in hospital since New Years Eve and we needed to get her into a good care home near us.
The manager put my partner at ease immediately and said she would ensure she would get my partners mum into their care home as soon as possible, otherwise the hospital could have put her miles away, and within 24 hours she was in Carolyne House.
We cannot fault the home, the staff, the residents, everybody is always happy, the care is next to none, there is always something going on for the residents, daytrips, bingo, crafts, baking to name just a few.
My partners mum has settled in extremely well and loves it at Carolyne House and every one of the staff.

We are extremely happy with every aspect, and if we could give it an 11 out of 10, then we would.

A dedicated professional staff who pay as much attention to the needs of family and friends as they do the residents. The home has managers who are held in high esteem by their staff and who make relatives and visiting friends feel like they are joining a big caring family. The gardens and buildings are kept in A1 condition and the rooms feel welcoming and cosy. Visitors are welcome day and night and are offered meals if their stay is long. Altogether wonderful.

My mother has been a resident in Carolyne House for more than a year now, and our family can't fault the care that she receives. From the manager Avi, and throughout the home, they work tirelessly to make everything comfortable & clean for the residents. Only wish Mum was able to join in, but time has taken her. Thank you to you all.

Carolyne House was a very loving and caring home and environment for my mum in her last few weeks of being with us. Staff were so kind to us as a family, welcoming us, giving us time to talk and understand my mum's needs. Every member of the team shows professionalism, but more so show a deep interest and concern. Nothing was too much trouble and they also cared for my dad as he spent each day with my mum. Such a fantastic team, lead my an amazing manager. On the day of my mum's passing the team gave the family the support and space we needed. I couldn't recommend more.

The care and support given to my mother is second to none. She is totally incontinent and unable to move around. Her room is always clean and tidy, and she is always treated with dignity, even when she can become very awkward. Food is always cooked fresh they and if my mother doesn't want what's on offer, they will put themselves out to make her what she wants. Excellent home where I know she is well cared for.

From the first time I walked into Carolyne House I knew I would be happy to leave my dear mum here. The feel to the home is so friendly & warm. Both my mum and dad spent time in Carolyne House, they were both looked after fantastically well. I can't praise Abbie the manager and her staff enough, they were so caring, affectionate and nothing was too much trouble. I would most definitely give Carolyne House 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of putting there relative into Carolyne House.

Our family cannot thank Caroline House enough for the wonderful care and love they show our grandad. From the moment he arrived, we've felt completely at ease knowing he's in such good hands. The staff are outstanding - efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond every single day to make the residents feel comfortable, valued, and happy.
What makes Caroline House truly special is the atmosphere - it feels like one big family. There are always activities and events going on to keep everyone engaged and smiling, and we're always made to feel welcome whenever we visit.

You can see that the residents come first in everything they do - they're always treated with dignity, respect, and warmth. We couldn't ask for a better home for our grandad. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Caroline House for the outstanding care you provide.
