We have been very pleased with the care my father has received. The staff are all very friendly and happy to help. The meals are well thought out and there is a good range of activities available. My father has settled in well and made friends.

From the first day, the staff made our lives calmer and easier to see Mum deal with her dementia. Along with the kindness and respect the staff give mum throughout each and every day. Warmest regards.

Mum is so happy here, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Mum really enjoys the company of other residents. She particularly enjoys the food. We are really pleased to have found Camberley Woods as Mum's new home.

Had relatives in Camberley Woods for 4 years, I have nothing but praise for all the staff here. Their care from palliative to nursing to person care has been exemplary. The front of house staff have almost become friends, I love them all. Thank you.

I have some not so great experiences of care homes in the past. However Camberley Woods really does go that extra mile. My dad absolutely loves it there. He looks forward to the daily activities. After a recent visit to celebrate dad's birthday, we were treated to a first class meal, that was
absolutely delicious! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and will do everything that realistically can to accommodate special requests. We have such peace of mind knowing that we have chosen the very best care home for our dad.

Lots of kind caring staff, those giving personal care, the maintenance team, the gardener all making life as good as it could be. My mother could be difficult in a bad mood, but she apologised and staff accepted it with good grace. People knew about all the family and spoke to her about us all.

The staff are friendly - The facilities are very good and from what I can see the residents all look very well cared for. My friend (resident) I visit enjoys it there, and all the activities.

Since our friend moved to Camberley Woods a year ago she has improved both mentally and physically. Loves all the activities and feels a part of a community again.

We found all staff extremely helpful and obliging and our wishes acted on immediately. We found management couldn't do enough to help with the transition of our daughter being admitted.

Since this home was taken over, the prices have risen, which we were told was due to a staff wage increase. We are aware that the staff have not had a pay increase for some time. There are staff shortages which have impacted the care of our mother.

The home is always bright and clean and the staff are welcoming. I had lunch with Mum every day and I was impressed with the range of food and the presentation. Every single staff member I met was respectful and genuinely seemed to care about the residents. I live in Canada and it was reassuring
that Mum is in good hands while I live so far away.

Very attentive from all, occasionally miss communication between departments.
The lady looked after Mum very well.
We will be back again in October and look forward to the same level of service

My wife was a resident for just over two years. Having known the home for many years as volunteers, it was where she wanted to live. The staff were excellent in their care for her to her demise. They also treated me with care and consideration above what I would have hoped. For that, I thank them
profoundly.

Everyone at Signature at Camberley is extremely friendly and professional. My mother has been made very welcome and enjoys several weekly activities, and has settled in better than I could have hoped.

Mum has been at Pembroke House for four years now, and it’s turned her life around. After her partner passed, she was very isolated, but since moving in, she has a new lease of life with so many optional activities going on every day to cater for all tastes. Families and the local community are well
integrated into the social calendar, with frequent invites to social events onsite.
Pembroke House is beautifully appointed and always immaculately clean, both in communal areas and resident suites. It’s such a pleasure to visit. And Mum's bedroom/lounge suite enables her to choose whether to socialise or entertain/spend time alone in her own space.
The dining experience is first class, with a good range of menu options beautifully presented. Staff are always so kind and friendly and take pride in what they do - Mum is well cared for and treated with dignity at all times.
