My mum was only at Chatterwood for the final 5 months of her life. But in that short time the staff at Chatterwood ensured my mum was well cared for with compassion and dignity. All the staff throughout the home were always so friendly and caring and took the time to get to know her. Would fully recommend people to consider it for their loved ones.

My mother was in Chatterwood for a short time for end of life care. The staff were all brilliant, with my Mum, and with us family. They were attentive, kind and thoughtful as well as being professional, honest and caring all through my mother's short stay. She sadly passed away on the 3rd June and the staff went above and beyond to make sure her last days were as comfortable as possible. I cannot fault their care and dedication.

We can not thank the staff enough for help and support offered to our nana and us during the last few weeks of her life they were amazing and kind and thoughtful and passionate and we greatly appreciate the dignity and peace hat was given

I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Chatterwood for the respectful care that you all provided for my dad Odysseus Grima. A speciall thank you to one lady for her care and support for myself and my dad, i will be eternally grateful that his last days were comfortable and attertentaive.

My husband was a resident at Chatterwood from mid January until the beginning of April, when we were able to effect his transfer to home so he could be cared for here. The care he received at Chatterwood was extremely good, the staff were kind and caring. There were individual staff members who really went the extra mile for him, and we are grateful for everything done for him. We would recommend Chatterwood for its homely feel and wrap around care/

Outstanding care in a beautiful environment. I have immense praise for all the staff for their care and kindness to their clients. The home is wonderfully clean and well presented. This was my second experience with Chatterwood House Nursing Home. My mother moved there in 2020 and after a visit with her, my aunt asked me if she could also move there when the time came as she could see how lovely the home was and the outstanding care. Both my mother and aunt were very happy at Chatterwood.

The staff at Chatterwood House Nursing Home are exceptional care givers who consistently go above and beyond in their dedication to residents. Their genuine compassion and expert care have given my mother the best possible quality of life and I have complete peace of mind knowing shes in such capable hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The first time I visited, I was greeted by a very friendly reception team and escorted to my friend's room. I was offered a tea or coffee. My friend's care was amazing - she wanted for nothing/ I regularly saw a member of staff sitting holding her hand and comforting her. The room and home was spotless. I recommend Chatterwood House Nursing Home 100%!

My friend was treated with kindness and compassion throughout her short stay. The staff were attentive and everyone went the extra mile. The staff were always checking in with me to make sure I was ok and coping, offering refreshments and a friendly ear. The cleaning staff as well were always engaging with me and were so kind as well as the medical team. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursing home.

We were immediately made to feel welcome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my Mum feel welcome and safe. I would recommend it.

My dear mum was looked after so well at Chatterwood. The staff were lovely and friendly - the building and surroundings were beautiful. There were great activities for Mum to join in with - singers, and cookery, on the day she left us there was a fun D-Day event. It was an emotional and sad day for me and my family as we gathered close to Mum as she went on her final journey but the staff looked after us - and made a room available for us to use next door to Mum and supplied us with tea, coffee and snacks etc. I would recommend this home a thousand times over for the care and attention they gave to my mum.

I would like to thank the staff of Chatterwood House for all their care, compassion, and courtesy of my wife while she was with them. Nothing was too much trouble she was treated with dignity and kindness during her stay and on her passing. They not only treated my wife they cared for the wider family also. All of the team from top to bottom were without exception fabulous. We will be forever grateful to everyone for their compassion, help professionalism, and care of my wife. I am so glad that my wife was transferred from the hospital to Chatterwood House I will be eternally grateful to everyone there, she had 5-star treatment whilst there.

My father was moved from the hospital to Chatterwood for palliative care. He was there for 3 weeks and was cared for by a very kind and professional staff who treated him with great dignity. When the paramedics were called to him they were extremely impressed with the nursing capabilities at Chatterwood, and my father was kept out of pain and as comfortable as possible throughout his short stay. The whole team were without exception kind and caring to my father, but also very kind and caring to the family. I could not recommend them all more highly, from the carers to the nurses and all the behind-the-scenes staff too.

Chatterwood House Nursing Home is first class in my opinion, he could not have been in a better place at the end of his life. The staff looked after him like family. And kept us fully informed at all stages, I would highly recommend.

I cannot praise the staff enough for the care, compassion and kindness they afforded my mum in her last weeks of life. The support they offered to her and our family and her friends during this difficult time was simply amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt welcomed as if we were visiting Mum in her own home. Every single member of staff needs recognition and thanks for the whole experience for us all and we will be forever grateful. Thank you.

The staff in Chatterwood House always welcomed people with a smile. They are always kind and caring to the residents with dignity. It is always fresh and very clean. Chattawood has a lovely homely feel. The home offers a variety of entertainment and activities. I would always be happy to recommend Chatterwood.

I used to make weekly visits to care homes up to 10 years ago to visit parents and today, when I visited Chatterwood for the first time, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience by comparison! Nicely presented, no nasty smells and smiling staff and residents. Very commendable and worthy of a positive comment.

Overall experience, so very good - staff are caring at all times, sadly, they are so stretched but still always manage a smile and great kindness. Couldn't fault their caring and respect.
