All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The home is very clean and bright and has nice furnishings. The Christmas displays were beautiful and was a very welcome sight when you came into the home. I think all of the staff are a credit to the home too.

My mum stayed at Cosham Court for three weeks after a stay at hospital. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Mum had a nice sized private room with a TV. Although the mattress was uncomfortable they were very quick to change it and make other accommodating requests; curtains instead of
blinds etc. The manage was incredibly helpful to us both ensuring I had a good understanding of mums care and how the care home operated. Everyone I met there showed great enthusiasm for helping and caring for the residents especially over the Christmas period. Thanks!

My father has been a resident at Cosham Court for several months now, and as a family we couldn't be more grateful for the care and support he receives. The nursing care is outstanding, and every member of staff goes above and beyond to ensure his comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
It is very
reassuring to know that he is so well looked after, and we truly feel he couldn't be in a better place. The team keep us regularly updated, which means a great deal to us as a family and gives us real peace of mind.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone at Cosham Court for the kindness, professionalism and dedication they show every day.

They had a Halloween party and let alone my mum suffers with seizures, they made sure she had the best time and she didn't feel like she was in the way.

My wife has been a resident at Cosham Court for 2 years now. She is very well looked after and cared for. The nursing care and everything the staff do for her is of the highest standard. I and our 2 daughters are really appreciative of everything that is done for her. She couldn't be in a better
place to be looked after. We are so pleased all is working so well. Its a great weight off our minds - we have no worries about her - things are working so well. Many many thanks to all at Cosham Court.

My sisters and I were very pleased with the care given to our father in his final weeks. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and I was kept informed of any concerns regarding Dad's wellbeing. His wishes were listened to and acted on as were mine. The home was kept very clean. I would like
to thank everyone again for the help and support we received during Dad's stay and following his passing.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and give a high quality of care. My aunt is always comfortable and wants for nothing. She says she enjoys the food and is offered hot drinks and cakes/biscuits. Overall, we are both very happy with the care she receives.

My partner came home after many weeks in hospital, and I cannot praise the care she is receiving enough. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with respect, dignity, and genuine kindness. Every member of staff-nurses, carers, cleaners, kitchen staff-goes above and beyond to make sure she is
well looked after. A special thank you to 4 staff members who remain patient, reassuring, and compassionate even in difficult moments.
The home is very clean and has a warm, caring atmosphere. I visit regularly and am always greeted with kindness and smiles. It is lovely to hear laughter and singing from residents and staff. There are always activities in the lounge, and even watching films feels like a little cinema experience.
Finally, none of this would be possible without the Manager and Administrator, whose professionalism and genuine care create such a safe, homely environment at Cosham Court.

I find the home to be excellent and wonderful. The staff are excellent. They are very proactive in addressing my husbands needs. I couldn't fault them at all. The home is very clean and nicely decorated.

I cannot thank Cosham Court House Nursing Home enough for the incredible care they gave my mum during the last two months of her life. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. Not only did they look after her so lovingly, but they also supported me
and my family through one of the hardest times of our lives.
Every member of staff went above and beyond, making sure Mum was comfortable, respected, and surrounded by warmth. The home itself has such a caring atmosphere, and you can truly feel how much the team care about their residents.
A extra special thank you to 6 members of staff - your compassion, patience, and gentleness meant the world to us. You made Mum's final days so much brighter and gave us comfort knowing she was in the best hands possible.
We will always be grateful to Cosham Court House for the love and care you gave. You are all angels in our eyes.

Mum came in during the last few weeks of her life. The care she was given was first-rate. Staff were proactive, caring, cheerful and showed empathy. The atmosphere in the home is an incredibly happy one, and I would recommend it to anyone.The staff went above and beyond. Thank you, everyone.

The staff are friendly and diligent and as frequent visitors at different times we were totally confident that our father was being well nursed and cared for. The rooms are clean and there is a nice feel and atmosphere about the home. There was always activity in the lounge which the residents
clearly enjoyed. The management team are professional, approachable and really made us feel welcome with regular feedback, overall an excellent nursing home.

My aunt stayed at Cosham Court for less than a week after a prolonged hospital stay. Unfortunately she had to return to hospital. During her stay the staff were friendly, kind and helpful and she had no complaints about the food and facilities.

What a happy environment!
From the first visit of the home to our last, everyone on the team were friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Choosing a home for a family member is one of the hardest things you have to do but choosing this one, is easy.
My Nan had a short stay here, 9 days in total
but every day she heard laughter, she was cared for to the highest standard. She was kept clean, her dignity was respected highly, her room was cleaned daily and every carer and nurse wore a smile. They checked her frequently and were very attentive to all her needs, kept her as comfortable as she could be.
My Nan said herself that the care she received was EXCELLENT (and she really emphasised that). She said she felt safe and that she felt as though she really mattered - and that to us is everything!
I can't express the high standard of care that i saw whilst visiting daily, there is a lot to compliment! My sincere gratitude will always be held high for all the staff.
