All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The home is very clean and bright and has nice furnishings. The Christmas displays were beautiful and was a very welcome sight when you came into the home. I think all of the staff are a credit to the home too.

Although the mattress was uncomfortable they were very quick to change it and make other accommodating requests; curtains instead of blinds etc. The manage was incredibly helpful to us both ensuring I had a good understanding of mums care and how the care home operated.
