Every member of staff went above and beyond, making sure Mum was comfortable, respected, and surrounded by warmth. The home itself has such a caring atmosphere, and you can truly feel how much the team care about their residents.
A extra special thank you to 6 members of staff - your compassion, patience, and gentleness meant the world to us. You made Mum's final days so much brighter and gave us comfort knowing she was in the best hands possible.
We will always be grateful to Cosham Court House for the love and care you gave. You are all angels in our eyes.
Best wishes

Mum came in during the last few weeks of her life. The care she was given was first-rate. Staff were proactive, caring, cheerful and showed empathy. The atmosphere in the home is an incredibly happy one, and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff went above and beyond. Thank you, everyone.

The staff are friendly and diligent and as frequent visitors at different times we were totally confident that our father was being well nursed and cared for. The rooms are clean and there is a nice feel and atmosphere about the home. There was always activity in the lounge which the residents clearly enjoyed. The management team are professional, approachable and really made us feel welcome with regular feedback, overall an excellent nursing home.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback! We are happy to hear that you and your family felt confident in the care provided to your father. Our team works hard to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and it's rewarding to know that our efforts are...
My aunt stayed at Cosham Court for less than a week after a prolonged hospital stay. Unfortunately she had to return to hospital. During her stay the staff were friendly, kind and helpful and she had no complaints about the food and facilities.
From the first visit of the home to our last, everyone on the team were friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Choosing a home for a family member is one of the hardest things you have to do but choosing this one, is easy.
My Nan had a short stay here, 9 days in total but every day she heard laughter, she was cared for to the highest standard. She was kept clean, her dignity was respected highly, her room was cleaned daily and every carer and nurse wore a smile. They checked her frequently and were very attentive to all her needs, kept her as comfortable as she could be.
My Nan said herself that the care she received was EXCELLENT (and she really emphasised that). She said she felt safe and that she felt as though she really mattered - and that to us is everything!
I can't express the high standard of care that i saw whilst visiting daily, there is a lot to compliment! My sincere gratitude will always be held high for all the staff.

The gentleman I visited and was his contact for his stay in Cosham Court was well cared for during his 18 months stay. His personal needs were addressed and he was treated with kindness and dignity, even when he was difficult. Whenever there were concerns about his well-being, I was always contacted and when necessary he was visited by a doctor. I always received a warm welcome following a 100 mile journey to visit. Overall I know he was given good care and died peacefully. A huge thank you to Cosham Court staff.

Cosham Court is welcoming, clean, tidy, staff are friendly and helpful and organised. Activities look great and the home is always decorated. The food looks nice. My grandmother is happy. The carers sing with my grandmother and call her the dancing queen.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're happy to hear that your grandmother is happy and enjoying at Cosham Court. Our team works hard to ensure a welcoming and caring environment, and it's wonderful to know that it's making a positive impact. We'll continue to keep things fun and lively,...
Both my father (2020-1) and my mother (April-Nov 2024) have been residents under the long-term care of Cosham Court Nursing Home. So I write this review on the basis of consistent observations across those years. I could never lavish enough praise upon, nor commend more highly, the diligent staff and excellent quality of care I have seen. One senses that the happiness and well-being of residents truly matters to the nursing staff for whom care is no doubt a vocation and not merely a job. In the course of our regular visits, we came to know some of the nursing staff well, and had no doubt of their dedication to their work as carers nor any doubt that the quality of care for both my parent was of the highest order. Finally, but not least, I must commend the manager and administrator under whose excellent management such a consistent culture of quality care and diligence has been enabled. The kindest, friendliest, and sincerest people one could hope to manage a nursing home.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such kind and detailed feedback about your experiences with Cosham Court Nursing Home. We are deeply touched by your words. Your recognition of our dedicated nursing staff and their commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care truly means a...
My dear wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2023. After chemo and times in hospital, she was moved to Cosham Court Nursing Home. For my wife, me and the whole family this was a great thing to have happened. The friendly atmosphere, the dedication of the staff and their care for my wife were exemplary. It was a pleasure to attend every day and be treated with such kindness and respect and to witness first hand the fondness shown to my wife.
Thank you for sharing such a deeply personal and touching experience. It's clear how much love and care you have for your wife, and your words about her journey are truly moving. It's wonderful to hear how the team at Cosham Court Nursing Home made such a meaningful difference for you and your...
My wife spent her last few weeks at Cosham Court with staff that had permanent smiles, patience, and a gift to persuade residents to do the right thing. My love wife was a placid person, but very aware of the care she received from staff, always thanking them with a touch of the cheek or hand, this spoke volumes for me to see her so relaxed. She loved her time in the lounge, with the staff member, keeping her amused. From my family and myself, many thanks. From managers to tea lady, bless you all.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Our team takes great pride in creating a warm and compassionate environment, and it's wonderful to know that it brought comfort to you & your family. Please extend our gratitude to your family as well. It was truly an honour to care for your wife, and your words reaffirm the importance of what we do each day.
My Dad was admitted to Cosham Court in Feb 2024 as a permanent resident with 1-2-1 care until he sadly passed on 1 August 2024. We couldn't fault his carers, nursing staff, and the management. Dad was treated with kindness, compassion, and dignity. I would visit most days and felt very welcome too. Staff were extremely friendly and polite and we appreciate the care Dad received. My Dad had Parkinson's Disease and dementia but we were content he was comfortable and taken good care of and happy as he could be right until his last day. He had a close bond with four members of staff in particular. I can't thank everyone enough for being there for my Dad in his final few months. I highly recommend Cosham Court they look after you to the highest standard possible. Thank you to each and every single one of the lovely staff from all of the family for treating my Dad so fantastically. Much Love and best wishes to you all.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We are deeply sorry for your loss and it means a great deal to all of us at Cosham Court that we could provide comfort and care for your dad in his final months. Your gratitude, generosity, and recognition of our team's effort to care for both your dad and...
We are kept informed regularly and remain confident that they are and will continue to care support and put her needs first.
The staff are accommodating helpful empathetic.
The patients are well looked after and the home is spotlessly clean.
Meals are home-cooked with a wide variety of healthy and nutritious options and selections.
When families have to make decisions for relatives for end-of-life care it can be extremely daunting and difficult, however, our concerns were and have been completely out at ease.
Keep up the fantastic work Cosham Court you really are an outstanding establishment.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. Our team strives to provide exceptional support and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, so it's wonderful to know that these efforts are making a positive impact. We are also grateful that we've...
Staff friendly, found it difficult to find staff who know most problems. The room is not very clean, items are on the floor. The resident's food and drink preferences were not catered for very well. Found hairs in her hairbrush often. The manager is friendly and helpful. Took after (7 months) to get a refund after the resident's death.
I have been visiting this home now for over two years, in that time I have not had one fault. My friend who I visit loves it. I don't think any faults at all. All the staff are lovely and very friendly.
Thank you so much for your kind words and glad to hear that you have had such a positive experience during your visits over the past two years. Our team is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment, and it's wonderful to know their efforts are appreciated.
My dad was at Cosham Court for respite over Christmas for 6 weeks. He really enjoyed it and we saw a big increase in his mobility, his mood lifted with the activities and his mental health improved because of all the company, the staff were very happy and kind and thoughtful we would definitely put Dad back at Cosham Court if need be. They cared very well for him.
We are grateful to hear about your dad's positive experience at Cosham Court during his stay with us. It warms our hearts to know that he enjoyed his time at Cosham Court and experienced such improvements in mobility, mood, and mental health. It's truly wonderful to hear that our team was not only...
Even though my wife was a short time in the home, I was given a very favourable impression. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the building was fairly old, it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped.
We are so delighted to hear that your experience with our home was positive, despite the short duration. Thank you for your kind words about the staff being friendly and helpful. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and well-equipped environment for our residents. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to continue providing excellent care and service. Many thanks
