I cannot speak highly enough of the care my mother in law received at Hill House from the show around until her passing. The management were always on hand and so helpful with any bridges we had to cross. Her nurse was amazing as were the primary carers. She was always treated with dignity and respect often under difficult circumstances. We are so grateful that she was in such safe hands during her last 8 months.

My mother was in Hill House Care Home for the last 8 months of her life, and I cannot speak high enough of the care, attention, and respect that she received from the management to the care, and the respect that was always shown to her sometimes under trying circumstances. I always felt that even at 95 she was extremely safe and secure and this meant everything to me. I would recommend the home without any hesitation to any family facing the same circumstances.

Hill House has been my home for 15 months. In that time my experience has been excellent. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely caring. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. The facilities in the home are also excellent and there are a multitude of activities available. The medical help is wide-ranging and comprehensive. In short my time here has been extremely positive.

Hill House is very nice home, I like to live here all the staff members and cares are very lovely. Food also very nice. All the activities conducting in home is very awsome. I like to stay here and I am enjoying to live here. All the team including management, care staff, kitchen, housekeepers, all ave very polite and gentle. Love to live here.

Mum has been very well cared for (Nursing Care) for 2.5 years and I am so happy that mum feels so well looked after. Yesterday I was really impressed with a lovely Mother's Day tea for residents & families. It was enjoyed by all, with thanks to all staff. Thanks to all the staff for their care.

I booked into Hill House for 2 weeks of recuperation and convalescence after a total knee replacement. I have been very pleased with the care I have received, the staff have been friendly and professional at all times. I have found my room adequate and the food and menu varied and rather more than I would normally eat. I feel sure the two weeks spent here have set me up to return home.

It was my mother's 100th birthday. We had a great party for her at the home. The home made an enormous effort to help us to put on a wonderful celebration for her. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to the point that two members of staff even came in on their day off to join in the festivities. This is a testament to the love and care my mother receives. Thank you everyone at Hill House.

Every time I come, all residents are treated with dignity. Plenty of activities to stimulate the residents, lead by one member of staff.

Care and medical attention is exceptional. Could not fault it. As part of Hill House Care Home has a preservation order. Windows are only single glazing in rooms. Extra heating needed during recent cold spell.

The level of care at Hill House Care Home is beyond expectations. The entire team is focused on providing the best for residents. Care is personalised and has made the whole care home experience wonderful for the family. Thank you to all.

Very enjoyable. Good fun, good food and the staff are so dedicated in the activities department. Live music was provided and people got up to dance.

Came to visit my mother-in-law this afternoon, and we participated in the Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year activity - music, shofar, flute, clarinet, piano and Teurish music. The two activity leaders were just fabulous, it was meaningful, engaging and wonderful to see a smile on my mother-in-law's face. For her it was first Rosh Hashanah and away from home - it was so meaningful with a touch of 'home'. Plus delicious cake. She was incredible - full of energy and smiles!

Very good place to stay and recover, with a good service, very well looked after, especially because I didn't have where to go. I feel safe and supported on this difficult moment I go through.

My overall experience at Hill House Care Home is a very pleasant and positive experience. There is always something going on in activities and I enjoy participating and interacting with other residents.

The staff have been wonderful, caring for my mum at a difficult time for both her and her family. Although Mum did eat all of the food she was offered, it was first class. Well prepared and tasty. Mum is happy to move on from Hill House but will miss many of the staff she has got to know in the short time she was here.

Everyone at Hill House is very friendly, they always put themselves out to accommodate any situation. The residents are treated with kindness and respect and dignity, and the activities are many and varied. The food is very good and birthdays always catered for.
