River Court is a beautiful home with loving and caring staff. My mum gets taken on lots of day trips and gets to socialise within the community. The food is tasty and well presented. My mum is happy at River Court.

I have been here 5 years. Came during covid lockdown due to complications with covid left me unable to put pressure on foot for 6 months, after which I could not walk. I find the care received here exemplary, nothing is too much trouble from nurses, care staff, activities staff, laundry and cleaning and kitchen staff. They are all kind and helpful, my personal care is well looked after. If something I won't eat on the menu, chef will make alternative. I would highly recommend River Court for short or long term care.

The staff and carers in Hampermill go above and beyond. The care they give to the residents is second to none. My dad was always clean, happy, well fed and entertained by the carers and staff. They were all very friendly to us as a family and I felt confident that when we weren't there, he was being very well looked after. Thank you to all the Hampermill staff.

From day one they supported us and my mother with great care and compassion. This made a huge difference at a very sad time for all of us. We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the whole team for the care and love they provided.

My mother has been very well looked after in River Court Care Home for nearly 2 years. In that time my mother has been treated with dignity and respect. The staff are always friendly and helpful even though they are always busy and sometimes faced with difficult challenges. I have only ever witnessed Kindness and compassion. My father sister and I feel Mum is in safe hands.

Wonderful care of my mother. Nothing too much trouble and the staff amazing. Everything you would expect for 5* care. My family are so grateful to River Court Care Home, especially the team Chess House.

I would like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to all the staff at Hampermill Unit, Rivercourt Care Home, for the patience, kindness, dignity, and love they showed to my mum who was resident there for nearly 18 months. As a family, we were always given such a lovely welcome. The unit is spotless, my mum's room was always immaculate. There are so many people who make this place such a nice home, the Matron, the nurses, carers, cleaners, laundry, catering, all doing such a difficult job to such a high standard, with humility, love and respect. I can never thank them enough. Sadly my mum has now passed away, looked after right to the end by these wonderful people. Thank you and we will miss you all.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Hampermill House Dementia Unit. My wonderful uncle was a resident here for over 2 years and was looked after so very well by everyone. They cared for him with kindness and patience in abundance. They also supported both my auntie and myself during his lengthy stay and most especially at the end. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they do a very difficult job with a smile on their faces. I have nothing but admiration and thanks for all of the staff - nurses, carers, cleaners, caterers, laundry etc. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We as a family were very happy and satisfied with the care given to my husband. All the staff did their best to make him feel secure and happy and made us as a family feel welcomed and included.

I am so very pleased my mum has comes to River Court. Every member of staff is kind and considerate of my mum's needs. She is even joining in with the exercises. The activities team are lovely and she enjoys the activities that she has done. Overall, I can't thank them enough. Looking forward to Christmas at the home.

Mum has been here for just over a year now. She is very much at home. We know she is being looked after, and so have no worries. She gets on with the staff and has made friends here.

River Court is an excellent facility! On every occasion, the staff are so friendly, supportive and caring. The facilities are clean and fresh and provide excellent stimulation. I am satisfied, completely, that my mother-in-law is receiving excellent care. All staff are professional and a credit to the home. Activities provided are superb and undertaken by staff, who are happy and enthusiastic. Thank you for all you are doing.

My 87-year-old mum is in River Court Care Home, Hampermill House. She has dementia and is very frail and not very mobile - but she has a wonderful heart and personality, and your outstanding unit manager and all the staff at Hampermill House have given her the best care I could have hoped for. Mum is doing so much better, and all your staff have kept her comfortable, clean and very cared for. They are all polite and respectful and treat Mum in an incredibly kind manner - their professionalism really shines.

River Court Care Home care for our father during the final two years of his life. I was a frequent visitor, I always saw staff who displayed kindness and care to all the residents. Our father received excellent care, always clean and tidy. Thank you River Court, our dad could not have been in safer hands.
