Hythe View is home from home for my mum. I have absolutely no worries while she is under the care and supervision of the staff. They often go out of their way to meet her needs. Despite her advanced dementia/alzheimers she obviously feels safe and loved by the carers.

Everyone has made us feel so welcome & part of the Hythe View family during a very difficult time in our lives. We are always greeted with warmth, kindness, compassion, and nothing is too much trouble. From D on reception, helping me with paperwork and doing all the wonderful activities. It feels like a family. Hythe View went above and beyond so we could use the lounge to celebrate Mum's 80th, which we will cherish the memories forever. We cannot thank our lucky stars enough we are part of the Hythe View family.

I feel well looked after, and it is safe. The staff are friendly and always ready to listen. I enjoy the activities and the musicians that come and sing all the old songs. I would like more opportunities for staff and residents to come together and make suggestions.

Hythe View is a wonderful nursing home for both residents and their families. The care and compassion given by the staff is 1st class. From the top mangment down, any queries or worries are addressed immediately. As a husband having my wife in care is heartbreaking but I know her care and safety are in good hands.

My Mother has now lived at Hythe View for over a year. She has settled well and tells me she feels safe and well looked after. For its high standard of care, good leadership, the attentiveness of the staff, the way they treat all residents with compassion and dignity, this is a Nursing Home that exemplifies all that is best practice. I cannot recommend it highly enough and I'm a retired former nurse.

Thank you so much for the love and care you all gave my Mum whilst she was living in Hythe View Care Home I would certainly recommend this home as the BEST the love & care you all give the Residence & Family and Friends who visit. Many thanks

As always I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from reception. The staff always very helpful and friendly. They were amazing today. It was my dads birthday and the team decorated the lounge and prepared and dressed a table and organised a birthday meal including a homemade cake for dad and the family. All the staff sang happy birthday and made such lovely memories. I could never recommend this nursing home highly enough. 5 stars!

If you ever need to use a care home for a loved one. This is the best by far, there is so much respect for them and the family I cannot fault them carers are lovely respectful make you feel so welcome and treat loved ones with respect and dignity also listen to how family members like to be treated, and do there utter most to put in place what you ask for and always keep in touch of what is going on with loved ones. Have tried a couple of homes before this one and they never took anything into account also did not listen or respect the residents. Big 10000%

This care home is not just good - no - it is much better than that - it is special, wonderful, excellent, five star! Nothing else to say as I would just repeat the first sentence.

I have visited several care homes and Hythe View ticked all the boxes for my husband. Care is excellent. Feels like an extended family. Most important - If my husband needs ongoing care, I wish him to stay here. I would quite happily live my last years, if needed, in this particular home Hythe View.

The home always has a happy atmosphere and the staff work very hard with the residents, especially settling in new residents. The staff are a friendly bunch. The activities are wonderful, something for everyone to enjoy. The home is always very clean and beautifully furnished.

Overall very satisfied with my mum's care. The staff are polite and friendly. My mum has really settled in there.

We are aware Mum is being cared for very well. Her care is excellent, and she is kept in a clean and comfortable way. Only get to see her weekly due to work commitments. My only one issue is we are not always kept in the loop regarding some appointments she had had until the very last minute, also we didn't know a dentist was seeing her until we received a bill for four visits.

The lovely staff at Hythe View work hard and Mum is always very well cared for. Her opinions and wishes are always respected. She has settled very well and speaks highly of the carers, nurses and other staff that help to look after her. We are always made to feel very welcome when we come to visit. Thank you!

I can't thank Hythe View enough, all the staff are friendly and kind and go out of their way to help. Dad has been in the care home for three months. He arrived on death's door and the staff, who were patient and kind have given Dad a new lease of life. My particular thanks go to the manager, home administrator and other management staff who make Hythe View the special place it is. Thank you all so much.

My cousin came to Hythe View needing end-of-life care for terminal cancer. With this came high-end nursing needs too. The home did not let us down in our expectations at all of their care. Everything was done with professionalism but also with care and compassion. The home was clean, warm and welcoming at all times. When the end came, again they were professional, caring and compassionate not only to my cousin but to our family too. Thank you to all!

We came to visit my aunt and were really impressed, the staff are always friendly and the place was clean. The activities they have in the home are amazing and my auntie is always joining in and really enjoys them. My auntie is happy with the food and is always praising it. Thank you Hythe View for all you do.

A very sincere thank you to you all for the care and kindness given to my mother and to her family. My mother found it very difficult to leave her home to go into nursing care. Everything has been done to make her feel at home. Thank you!!
