As soon as you walk through the for at Staplehurst Manor you feel a lovely warm atmosphere. The staff are cheerful and always polite and my mother is treated with the upmost kindness.
If you are looking for a care home for your relative, then I couldn't recommend this home highly enough.

I have been at Staplehurst Manor care for 1 1/2 years now and I have been so happy here. Before I came I was quite nervous of how life in the future would be. The care, the friendliness from all the staff is exceptional and the food, all home cooked, couldn't be better, and I particularly love the
very large garden, which I have helped replant. If you have to go to a care home, this is definitely the one to be in.

Thank you for your continued amazing care. During Dad's recent illness, not once did it occur to me to worry about the care he was receiving. We very much appreciate the way in which everyone (because they know Dad so well) has quite literally, encouraged him back onto his feet. We cannot put into
words how lovely it is to see how quickly everyone has understood Dad's sense of humour, and how happy hearing Dad roaring with laughter at the banter between him and the team, makes us. Since moving to The Manor, Dad has become himself again..

I was niece to Barbara who was in your care long time for end of life care. My aunt had end of life COPD the staff were great looking after my Aunty. Aunty was so well cared for and happy at the home. When she passed, my Aunty was treated with total dignity and my family also cared for. Sorry for
delay, coping with our loss of Aunty.

I take my dog Mika every month to visit the residents of Staplehurst Manor, and I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the care and attention that they give to each and everyone there. The home really is a home, it is beautifully designed, and the food is fresh, and although I
have never eaten it, it looks delicious. The residents always say how well cooked and tasty it is. The grounds are beautifully kept, and very attractive. Each person is given individual attention and their needs are catered for and nothing is too much trouble for the well trained staff. I can't compliment them too highly.

My great granny loves living here, it was hard for our family to convince her she needed 24hr care as soon as she went to look around, granny said yes I will give it a try. Now when we visit granny says she's so happy and enjoys all the fun they share at the home.

My friend was in the home for respite period, and he was so well looked after, staff were really helpful and my friend said he would return again if he needed support again. Thank you for your care of my dear friend.

Carer support is excellent, treated with dignity management excellent. I'm glad I made the decision I did to come in permanently, it is very pleasant to be able to take a safe walk in the gardens in the morning.

Visited my relative in room 12. Offered tea or coffee during the visit. Spoke to various care staff. Spoke to finance manager and office admin.

Thanks so much to Staplehurst Manor, who looked after my 80 year old mother whilst she recovered from a stroke. 15 months of wonderful care. Hard to find a fault! This is easily the nicest and best care home I have ever visited.

A lovely care home and the staff and management are really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it , food is really good and lots of activities for the residents to join in. They are checked on regularly if they stay in their rooms.

My aunt became a resident in mid-September 2024, having broken her hip in a fall at home and subsequent surgery in late August. At 97, with increasing sight and hearing deficiencies, she has settles in well having been used to living on her own for 5 years after being widowed. The staff are caring,
the home is almost spotless and the rooms are spacious.

Caring and loving. Always on hand to assist with individual needs. Such a friendly environment and always willing to help. I couldn't have wished for better care for my Father.
