Very pleasant and helpful team.
Great atmosphere.
Mum was given a lovely Bath, the team were so friendly and profesional.
Mum loved the feeling of the "immersive" experience as access to both at her home is unvailable.

Having stayed previously at Sutton Valence it was reassuring to know Dad would be well looked after again. The staff, activities and environment at Sutton Valence are excellent. Thank you

Excellent care. Fantastic and polite people. Clean and tidy facility. My dad enjoyed his stay here.
Only problem was his phone got lost and not found.

The care team have been fantastic throughout Dads stay - always keeping me up to date with how things are and involving me family - Dad had a particular connection with 'Mary the mechanic'
Mary - from myself & the family thankyou for all you have done for Dad so he was pain free

I have come from New York to visit my brother who entered the Sutton Valence care home in very fragile condition - and non communicative.
The care and attention here at all levels has been spectacular and my brother is now talking and eating on his own. I am going back to New York reassured that
he is in good, safe hands. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean & well decorated the interior was. Its such a warm & friendly environment. Its very welcoming. The staff are helpful. It's very calm & relaxing. Having Louisa being cared for in such a caring way is extremely reassuring & will speed up her recovery!

My brother has only recently moved into Sutton Valence Care Home and he has settled in very well. The nursing of the care staff have been very approachable, helpful & kind. The activities team are also doing a great job and very friendly. We found the management and their team to be very proactive
after our initial visit to the home. My brother also enjoys his stay & all meals. Thank you.

Since my mum was admitted her @ Sutton Valence Care I have nothing but positive feedback to give. Everything & everyone from the cleaning personnel right through to the care assistants, nurses, admin, manager, they have all been wonderfully helpful and friendly. You must feel proud of your team
here. It's just a real shame that Mum isn't able to enjoy any of the beautiful facilities as she is at end of life :( Keep up the wonderful work & Thank you for all your care xx

My mother keeps telling us how impressed she was with the standards of care, cleanliness, and friendliness she received while staying for respite care at Sutton Valence care home.
Everything, from the meals, nursing care, and socialisation activities to the decor and communal areas were all to the
highest standard, and she felt residents were treated with real compassion and respect. ALL the staff should be praised for providing such a welcoming and secure environment, helping residents feel safe and comfortable during their time in the home.
My mum has already said she would like to stay again, perhaps for longer next time, so that really says something.

My brother transferred to Sutton Valence after a long period in hospital. The care he received was exemplary. The staff are so caring and patient. He required complex nursing care, due to advanced Parkinson's, which was managed with such professionalism and compassion. His dignity was preserved at
all times and we felt supported as a whole family. We wish he could have had longer to benefit from the wonderful environment and care, but we are so thankful that he was able to spend his last days with you. We would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for your kindness and support. You are a blessing!

I've been a resident in the home for over 13 years and its the best thing I have ever done. Everyone has a thought about a care home 'my life has to stop' Thats totally the opposite. The home is one BIG Happy family and its the staff that make this. We are treated with respect and encouraged to
continue doing what we love. They will supoort in all ways. The Activity Team are doing some awesome activities trying to give us lots of new things to try. maybe we had thought it not possible anymore but with help from them and words, 'Just Give it ago'
The Nursing and Care Team on my unit are the most supportive, professional. and helpful people ever nothing is too much trouble. Thank-You.

Facilities very good but of late is has been difficult to enter the building as I have to wait out for long to get someone to me in. Staff are very friendly and always welcoming.

My mother has received superb care and nursing at Sutton Valence for the past seven and a half years.
Staff are empathic and sensitive, providing a calm and comfortable environment.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Since my husband has been here it's been excellent he has put some weight back on as he lost a lot in the last home. Everyone here is so welcoming and happy my husband and all of my family thinks this is a beautiful place it's clean and all of the staff are brilliant we love them all as they care so
much I can't say enough nice things about them all, but thank you all.
