I was very impressed with Glebefields Care Home. I found it was well certificated and well managed by all the staff. It was very clean and the decor was of a high standard. My mothers room was very spacious with an adjustable bed which was very important with her condition. The staff were very
friendly and accomadating. I would highly recommend.

When we walked in on Boxing Day to visit, Mum looked so relax, calm, and very clean. Full of chat she is only in for 2 weeks but she loves it. The staff are all friendly and very helpfull. Nothing is a problem. We just wish she could stay permantly. The menu is amazing. First class.

Very welcoming as you step inside the door. Staff are all very cheerful and happy to help. The decor is absolutely first class, also spotlessly clean. Freshly made cakes delicious served in the coffee lounge for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Fresh fruit also an assortment of drinks of your choice.

Glebefields Care Home is an excellent place for my mother. She is very well cared for. The place is veyr clean and beautifully decorated. Most importantly the staff are very attentive and always are totally focussed on the resdients are and welfare. In fact I am quite envious, I would like to stay
here. The menus are varied and the activities offered to the residents are so well thought out. And these things makes mum's stay here a pleasure.

My husband & I visited my mother-in-law in August. The staff was very kind & very helpful. I appreciated that they made an extra effort to putt a table into the room so we could have supper with my mother-in-law.
The food was ok. I suggest a bit of improvement for the sake of the residents. I
thought there was not enough light. I think my mother-in-law needs a reading lamp. another suggestion: more thorough cleaning.

Lovely setting, beautiful views. Nice outside area and gardens very pleasant staff.
Comfortable lounge area.
Rooms well laid out and good size
Nice to be offered tea & cake when visiting resident
Parking on weekday easy.
Menus and activities looked good.

All the staff at Glebefields Care Home are friendly and welcoming. My mother had a 3 week respite care break at Glebefields and she was very well looked after.
Not do the staff care very well for the residents but their visitors are also welcomed and very well looked after.

You have a lovely care home which I am quite comfortable the times I have stayed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I feel secure in their hands. The food is very good and they make me some if not on the menu.

My friend has been a resident for nearly 4 years. the quality of her care has not altered, in my opinion since day one. Today was her 90th birthday and together with her daughter and one staff member, in particular, she was given the most wonderful birthday party. She was thrilled. Well done
Glebefields. I would recommend this care home 100%.

Although Dad only got to spend 7 weeks in Glebefields we experienced the full breadth of care.
From the very first time we stepped foot into the home we received the very best care. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the manage to the kitchen staff we were respected, treated with
kindness and compassion. Dad had a five star experience, I am sorry he never got to live longer to enjoy it. I feel like I now have a second family - The Glebefields family xx

I would like to thank all the staff for their continuous care and support given to my father and myself. My father was only in the Glebefields Care Home for 7 weeks due to ill health. He was happy with his care and happy that his family could spend as much time with him as possible. We felt it was
like our home and we will miss everyone. Thank you all.

I was very happy with the care my aunt received at Barchester Glebefields Care Home. The staff were always very friendly and helpful when we visited. Residents we provided with a wide variety of activities to enjoy and participate in. I was impressed with the inside of the building being bright and
inviting. All the rooms were immaculate and clean and tidy. It was pleasing to see items belonging to my aunt in her room, which made it more like home which held memories for her. Overall, I cannot fault the home at all.
