Staff are always on hand to support residents and are dedicated to continually enhance residents' quality of life. It is always a great pleasure visiting Glebefields. The welcome is warm and uplifting, I've enjoyed getting to know everyone here over the last four years and love to see how mum has her own unique relationship with those who are caring for her. I feel reassured each time I visit by the levels of care, the openness to answer questions and ongoing assessments that ensure mum's needs are met on a day-to-day basis. Today we had a music quiz which was a lot of fun - although I scored lower than the residents!!

When we walked in on Boxing Day to visit, Mum looked so relax, calm, and very clean. Full of chat she is only in for 2 weeks but she loves it. The staff are all friendly and very helpfull. Nothing is a problem. We just wish she could stay permantly. The menu is amazing. First class.

I am passionate about delivering life-enriching experiences that promote both physical and mental well-being. From hosting themed events to building strong links with the local Banbury community.
I strive to create a vibrant atmosphere where every resident feels valued and empowered to try something new. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing a resident rediscover a lifelong passion or gain confidence through a new hobby."
