The first thing we noticed about Glebefields is the welcoming, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the décor and soft furnishings are tasteful and calming. However, the most important aspect of Glebefields is the professional, friendly and approachable attitude of the
staff. Regardless of role they are happy to interact with residents and seem genuinely interested in their comfort and wellbeing. Everyone is very willing to help in whatever way they can, and the manager always has time to listen to any concerns. The personal and nursing care is of a very high standard, and we feel that our dad is safe and secure - we are kept fully updated about his needs.
There always appears to be an excellent range of activities and numerous events to which relatives are made very welcome We are very happy with the decision to move Dad to Glebefields we feel it has been an excellent choice.

The excellent team at Glebefields provide Dad with great care and kindness in a beautiful setting. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are always smiling and welcoming to all family members. Dad is treated with dignity and respect which we all greatly appreciate.

The care home is very nice and I'm please how my mum is getting looked after staff always make you welcome my mum is so happy there, always doing things with residents Food is always nice I can go to work without worry about Mum because she is in safe hands.

I was very impressed with Glebefields Care Home. I found it was well certificated and well managed by all the staff. It was very clean and the decor was of a high standard. My mothers room was very spacious with an adjustable bed which was very important with her condition. The staff were very
friendly and accomadating. I would highly recommend.

When we walked in on Boxing Day to visit, Mum looked so relax, calm, and very clean. Full of chat she is only in for 2 weeks but she loves it. The staff are all friendly and very helpfull. Nothing is a problem. We just wish she could stay permantly. The menu is amazing. First class.

Very welcoming as you step inside the door. Staff are all very cheerful and happy to help. The decor is absolutely first class, also spotlessly clean. Freshly made cakes delicious served in the coffee lounge for anyone and everyone to enjoy. Fresh fruit also an assortment of drinks of your choice.

Glebefields Care Home is an excellent place for my mother. She is very well cared for. The place is veyr clean and beautifully decorated. Most importantly the staff are very attentive and always are totally focussed on the resdients are and welfare. In fact I am quite envious, I would like to stay
here. The menus are varied and the activities offered to the residents are so well thought out. And these things makes mum's stay here a pleasure.

My husband & I visited my mother-in-law in August. The staff was very kind & very helpful. I appreciated that they made an extra effort to putt a table into the room so we could have supper with my mother-in-law.
The food was ok. I suggest a bit of improvement for the sake of the residents. I
thought there was not enough light. I think my mother-in-law needs a reading lamp. another suggestion: more thorough cleaning.

Lovely setting, beautiful views. Nice outside area and gardens very pleasant staff.
Comfortable lounge area.
Rooms well laid out and good size
Nice to be offered tea & cake when visiting resident
Parking on weekday easy.
Menus and activities looked good.

All the staff at Glebefields Care Home are friendly and welcoming. My mother had a 3 week respite care break at Glebefields and she was very well looked after.
Not do the staff care very well for the residents but their visitors are also welcomed and very well looked after.

You have a lovely care home which I am quite comfortable the times I have stayed. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I feel secure in their hands. The food is very good and they make me some if not on the menu.

My friend has been a resident for nearly 4 years. the quality of her care has not altered, in my opinion since day one. Today was her 90th birthday and together with her daughter and one staff member, in particular, she was given the most wonderful birthday party. She was thrilled. Well done
Glebefields. I would recommend this care home 100%.
