Excellent service from the staff in Honeysuckle - Thanks to Mel, Ellie, Greena, Gemima and all the carers. Mum still remembers all the staff and talks about how good the home is while she was receiving respite care.

We have always had a very positive experience with the Isis. The staff are always extremely kind and helpful. Any queries we have had have been dealt with quickly and professionally. We could not wish for a better or more caring place for Dad to be.

My father has been a resident for the last 18 months. I have found all the staff, nurses, carers, cleaners etc are always caring, friendly and professional, even when they are very busy.. Dad is treated with respect and his personal care needs are met with compassion and dignity. There is plenty of
choice for food, which is well cooked and plentiful. His room is kept clean and I appreciate the excellent laundry service.

Very friendly, clean and a happy place. Staff are always trying to please residents and always playing games, exercising, dancing, singing, etc., nothing seems to be too much.

My mother was dying and I visited the home on each day till she passed away peacefully in my presence. The staff as always were very professional, caring and considerate for which I and my family will be eternally grateful. They were also very supportive as one would expect. Thank you.

My mother spent two weeks of respite care at Isis House where she was well cared for. Although she missed home she said 'this is a good place, thank you for choosing it for me.' She described the carers as kind and cheerful and thought the laundry service was very efficient! We were very grateful
for the 2 week breathing space where we could, as a family work out how my mother's needs would be best met going forward. Thank you Isis House!

I am very happy staying in this care home because the service the staff are rendering to me is awesome. They made me have sense of belonging. I have that purpose of being myself. The staff take good care of me as if they are taking care of their family members. The staff put we the resident needs
first before considering theirself. The food is okay, and they listen to every complain we lay before then with attention.

A very good friend of mine was sent to the Isis Care home for respite care after a period in hospital. The premises are very nice and well-maintained, and the staff were always very good and helped my friend to recover. Thank you for all you did for her under challenging circumstances.

Each member of staff is kind, caring and joyful. They go out of their way to help with anything you or your relative would like. I have arrived in my mother's room, and she is having personal care. The way she is spoken to and treated is wonderful; kindness and care are what we all deserve. I am

The care home is just amazing and lets the family get involved with a lots of the entertainment. Mum feels safe and care for by the staff. They are so friendly. They let us know if mum is struggling or needs anything. It's a big family the entertainment is fabulous. Always keeping mum busy, love the

I want to say thank you to all the staff at Isis House. My wife is very well cared for. I see for myself how happy she is there. The staff are like family to her and all of my family. The activities team and activities are amazing. I enjoy helping with gardening. My wife looks beautifully dressed,
hair done, make up on. This makes us both very happy.

Dad was cared for brilliantly at the end of his long life. The staff were lovely and the activities varied and interesting. We had never seen dad do any painting or artwork in his earlier life and I think it surprised him as well as us. His final passed was peaceful and dignified.
