A lovely home where the staff work together as a family in giving excellent care. Nicky the manager was so informative, gentle and caring when visiting my Uncle before he moved in. And Helen and Maria were always caring and helpful. The nurses and care staff are amazing in their care, not only when
Uncle moved in but also during his final days, he was treated with dignity, love and respect. Visiting was a joy and whole home has a warm atmosphere and always someone around to offer cups of tea. I cannot thank the staff enough for their love and compassion towards me too, following my Uncle's passing. All staff regardless of their job care about the residents and take an active interest in them. Definitely would recommend Mill House

Everyone at the home friendly and helpful as always. My relative is clearly being well cared for and I much appreciate that, thank you. A facility I would welcome would be a small room with coffee/tea making facilities for visitors. I have a long journey and would welcome a drink but don't want to
bother already busy staff with my requests. Unless of course a room exists which I don't know about?

Although I have filled this in I haven't been around while my husband was in Mill House and he is not able to answer any of my questions. From meeting staff and spending several hours when first arriving at Mill House. I was very happy with what I saw and how my husband was welcomed. Nothing too
much trouble. Room very comfortable and clean, really lovely staff at reception and all that I met. Very happy to leave my husband as I know he is happy amongst you all.

A very warm and caring home. Staff are fantastic. So friendly in there it's wonderful. The home manager is so warm and friendly. And the receptionist was so helpful to me.If my mother was still here I would love for her to be there.

My visits to see my mother have been pleasing, to see she is in a kind, friendly environment. Her room and herself are well-kept and the staff are attentive and kind. She is well looked after.

Went to see my brother today 29/07/25 for his 84th birthday and the staff put on a lovely little party for him it was a fantastic afternoon.Can't thank all the staff enough for looking after him so will.

A lovely home, a wonderful place. The care and staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, always smiling and making the residents feel so good, would recommend Mill House in a heartbeat.

We chose Mill House as a respite facility for our mother as it had been recommended to us for its wonderful family atmosphere. We are delighted by the warm, caring and helpful service my mother and we are receiving at Mill House. The staff have gone out of their way to make our mother feel welcome
and comfortable, patiently attending to all her needs.

As a family, we were very happy with Mill House. Friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. Very clean in the main house and the bedroom. Always tasty food available. Always good to come home after a hospital visit. Very attentive by all staff in the last few days. Thank you.

I can honestly say that I cannot fault Mill House for anything during the months that my father was there. Nothing was too much trouble, and the care they provided was outstanding. My father felt safe, loved and happy and with dignity - we couldn't have asked for more. I will miss the amazing
carers, nurses and staff who all do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend the nursing home to anyone.

My father was cared for by Mill House in Witney for 10 months before he succumbed to his illness. During that time the care and support was outstanding and he could not have been in a better place.
The staff from cleaner to manager to nurse made a difference. Nothing was too much trouble and they
were always there for him when he really needed them. he was always treated with dignity and the staff always had a great sense of humour and care that was just the tonic he needed. He was very happy there and the nurses were fantastic.

My father has been in Mill House for 2/3 months and the staff have been excellent and the care exemplary. Unfortunately, his dementia has worsened and we are moving him to a dementia care home. However, the managers and staff have handled this transition both professionally and with considerable
tact and care, I would recommend them to any prospective family. The only issue is the building fabric which needs investigation but the quality of care consistently negates this for my family.

My dad only stayed in the home for a short while and died peacefully in his sleep there. All the staff were so kind and caring, not only to my dad but also to myself. His room was well-furnished, quiet and private. Registered nurses were on call 24/7 to ensure any needed medical attention.
I would
not hesitate to recommend Mill House and thank the staff for looking after my dad so very well and with compassion.

Mill House is a very friendly nursing home. It is very well run by a team who are present and front of house. All staff who work there are caring and helpful. The trained nursing team are professional and apply current knowledge to their patients who need a little more care. Nothing is too much
trouble for anyone who works there. My father was looked after by a lovely team of carers and domiciliary staff. Nobody passed his room without a friendly chat and words of encouragement. The outside to the main road doesn't reflect the warmth and standards of care inside. Some carpets need renewing.

Mum was only in Mill House for a short time but all the staff were friendly and caring and couldn't do enough for her, especially in her last days. They also made us very welcome. Would highly recommend this home.

I cannot recommend Mill House enough. Not only is everyone so friendly and warm, but nothing was too much trouble in terms of the help and support they gave us when we were trying desperately to get my aunty moved to Mill House from her previous home. The whole process was new to us and not without
its complications and stresses in terms of dealing with the council but the administrator especially went above and beyond to support and advise us with every step. In terms of the care provided, it is second to none. From the moment my aunty arrived we felt like we had her back again. We realised she had been unhappy for so long and suddenly she was back to herself upon arriving at Mill House. Everyone welcomed her and spent time with her, she was immediately included in the activities which she really enjoyed. The positive impact Mill House and everyone who works there has had upon my aunty in such a short time is incredible. Don’t hesitate to choose Mill House you won’t regret it.

Great service, friendly staff. Good communication, care home contacted me once a week to talk about my mum and how she was getting on. Would highly recommend care home. Staff couldn't do enough for my mum.

My mum came into Mill House Care Home last year as end-of-life. The care she has been given and continues to receive has been exceptional and to everyone's surprise, my mum has improved tremendously. She still struggles with poor health from time to time but the improvement is so good and this is
down to the wonderful care she receives at Mill House. The staff are all so welcoming and seen to always find the time for everyone. My mum's needs always seem to be met and she tells everyone how much she loves it there and how lovely the staff are. They also have regular activities. I am so happy with my mum's care, it gives me complete peace of mind to know she's safe and happy.
