I am blown away by the exceptional care my wife Lynette has received at Kings Lodge centre for complex care in Surrey! Today happens to be her birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. As always, they have shown kindness, compassion and professionalism. Their dedication to providing top notch care is truly commendable. I am so grateful to have this facility in our community. Thank you to the entire team for making my wife's birthday so special. Have made a real difference in our lives.

I came into Kings Lodge to visit my beloved sister Lynette. She is looking very relaxed, clean, tidy, comfortable and well cared for by the staff. Always happy seeing and spending time with my sister. Staff members are very friendly, supportive, caring and empathetic. It feels good to know my sister is in very safe and capable hands. We couldn't have asked for a better care home for mum. Kings Lodge has been the most peaceful and caring environment for mum to be in, after a tough year of illness. The team have all been so kind and thoughtful to mum and to the rest of us too, and you can see them doing the same to all residents. We are very grateful to them all and would highly recommend Kings Lodge.

My brother has been living at Kings Lodge for some time now, and I am so grateful for the care he receives. The staff are not only skilled in supporting his medical needs but also incredibly kind and patient. They treat him with dignity and always make the effort to include him in daily life, which makes such a difference. The home feels welcoming and safe, and the atmosphere is calm and caring. As a family, we're kept informed and involved, which gives us real peace of mind. It's clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the residents, and I can see how much effort they put into enriching everyone's life. I can't thank the team enough for the compassion and dedication they show every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kings Lodge to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be truly cared for.

We attended the BBQ what a lovely day. Everyone from staff managers and other family members. Food excellent plenty of it drinks plenty choice. Well done everyone. You need to get supermarkets and stores to donate food/drink etc for raffle prizes.

My sister is very well looked after. She seems to be very happy here, there is plenty of activities in the home which keep she is very happy with. My sister has been in the care home since December and has settled in very nicely. The staff are very friendly and welcoming when we come to visit our sister and always inform us of what she has been doing regarding activities or had a lovely walk around the garden.

My sister has been in the care home since December 2024. I have found the environment very bright and welcoming, with lots of stimulates and activities for the clients to get involved with. The staff are very friendly and informative. My sister's care has been excellent. My sister seems to be settled and happy, her nursing care is excellent and the nurses are always ready to update on anything you want to ask. I am looking forward to the family BBQ in the garden, which is beautiful.

My wife came to Kings Lodge in January 2025 after having a stroke following an operation. She has been very well cared for by the staff and her smiles to show her approval are the means of which she operates here as she cannot speak. We are delighted with the care shown every day in this happy home in Surrey. The rooms are excellent and the outlook is wonderful.

Kings Lodge Care Home for complex needs has provided not only a skilled, caring environment for our relative, but also a team approach with their family which is supportive, open and informative. We have just been supported in a long DST meeting, which went into depth on every aspect of their needs. The duty manager led this meeting and provided a masterclass in communicating the reality of complex needs and the particular care of our relative. Thank you!

I genuinely don't know what we'd do without Kings Lodge Center for complex needs. It's the only place where I know my dear dad is safe. After 17 years of harrowing decline and nearly 2 years of my dad being passed around hospitals and care homes like an unwanted sack of potatoes. We found sanctuary, knowledge and real support here. The worry used to give me panic attacks, now he's safe!

I have just spent over 2 weeks at Kings Lodge and I must say the care provided was second to none. All staff are friendly, respectful and listen to how you want your care done and they respect that which is so important. Lots of activities are provided on the weekdays and the activity team are amazing. The optional complimentary therapy massage was amazing and she was highly skilled and worked wonders on my pain. The only downside was that there is no bus that can fit multiple wheelchairs on so no group outings or days out of the centre happen anymore which is such a shame and lowers quality of life for permanent residents. Group outings into the public are so important to feel part of the community and feel involved in the outside world especially for the younger and more mobile residents who use wheelchairs. Apart from that the nursing care was amazing, care staff amazing and the other residents made me feel so welcome. I look forward to going back in December! Thank you so much!

Kings Lodge has been a fantastic place for my father. The staff are excellent and always work diligently and with a lot of empathy. They ensure our loved ones are looked after well, are as comfortable as they can be and ensure great communication with families. The facilities are clean, modern and fit for purpose. Management stay close to families and ensures they are heard and cared for.

My sister was made to feel very welcome and soon felt "at home". After an extended stay in the hospital, the environment was a very welcome change. She is especially pleased with the quality of the food. As a family, we are grateful and appreciate the work of Kings Lodge.

From the moment we walked through King's Lodge's doors, we knew it was the right decision for our dear friend. The staff became our friends too, they were so caring, loving and helped us to organise events at Kings Lodge to make life for her more enjoyable. The staff are very caring and involve residents in every activity. Very lively environment, clean and enjoyable.

Overall very pleased with the care/support at Kings Lodge. Very friendly but professional team (nurses, management and care staff). My son has complex needs and it was a really worrying time for my family to put him into respite care. But he/we ended up happy and satisfied with the care, he is treated with dignity. I recommend Kings Lodge!
