Everyone is very welcoming when you visit. Residents are really cared for and content. You can ask for anything and everyone is always happy to help. It's really lovely to see the residents engage in activities, they have singers visit the home, day trips etc.

My mum has been a resident at Heffle Court for over three months now. Vlad and Julie went above and beyond to admit her urgently and were so helpful to me and my brother in dealing with the necessary paperwork and getting mum's belongings sorted out when she moved in. The home is exceptionally well
managed and run. The staff are all so kind, thoughtful and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble for them. Every time I visit, they update me on how Mum is and what they are doing for her. They all work well together and are highly professional, while maintaining a relaxed and happy atmosphere.

All the staff involved in making my mother's 99th birthday an enjoyable and memorable one are to be congratulated. Allowing all our family to use the recently renovated tea room was really appreciated and the decorations for the birthday tea were great.
Day room is so much more comfortable since
its renovation, but the bedrooms and corridors need updating.

After a fall at home and a hospital stay, we realised it was no longer safe for mum to return to her bungalow, even with carer visits! We chose Heffle Court for her, and they were extremely helpful and understanding with moving and settling her in, back in March this year! Although at first it was
difficult for her to accept the change, she is now settled and accepts everything around her! My brother and I are more than happy with all aspects of the care she receives. We are relieved to know she is in a safe environment, provided with good health meals, and has company at all times! Recently, mum celebrated her ninety-ninth birthday, and once the staff knew all the family wanted to celebrate with her, the home arranged a room (beautifully decorated and set up) by two young carers, food, drinks and cake!

Right from the moment I came to visit the home, I had an excellent reception and warm it is. Once I looked around, I knew this was the right home.
I visited my grandad 4 days after he was admitted. I was truly impressed with the friendliest staff, and that is all the staff. I was made very welcome
and comfortable.
I loved the feel of the day room, where it felt relaxing, safe and very friendly. I knew we had made the right decision. Vlad went above and beyond to get him here quickly.

The manager completed a home assessment with my husband, he clearly explained what Heffle Court had on offer. All staff friendly, approachable & professional. Both my husband and I felt welcomed into the home for his respite stay.
Lounge area smelled of urine, but bedroom very clean.

Myself and family have nothing but praise and thanks for all the staff at Heffle Court. From management down to cleaners and laundry staff. They were all kind & caring to my husband and to us, his family. Drinks and food were provided. One of the nurses sat with him when she was free. We feel that
they went above and beyond for his care.
We would recommend Heffle Court.

Dad had to move from a care home because of his medical needs. We were put in contact with Heffle Court, and is the best thing that could of happened. Dad has dementia but since being at Heffle Court he has managed to get a quality of life back. The staff are very attentive and management totally
aware of everything. Highly recommended.

The team have been outstanding from the beginning to make the move from hospital and has explained every step of what each day will look like and the care our Mum will need to make it feel as homely as possible. We are very happy, and everyone is so friendly. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of the manager at Heffle Court! My beloved manor had a financial situation arise and the manager built a case and fought very hard for her when nobody else would.
My mother has been at Heffle Court for nearly 4 years and is very happy there. With such caring staff, you
couldn't ask for more.

My husband has settled really well and always is relaxed when I visit. All the staff are very attentive and very caring. The food is amazing. I like the fact that most people spend their time in the communal area and are content.

The building is a light and airy purpose built facility. The staff were excellent, caring and respectful to all the residents. My mother had truly excellent palliative care at the end of her two year stay in the home.
The big downside for me was financial admin. I was unaware that the direct
debit for fees was incorrectly set up by the finance team and I received a substantial bill in the second year to remedy the error. I also continued to receive invoices after my mother had died. All in all quite stressful hassle because the sums involved are substantial.

Very happy with Heffle Court the staff and managers are superb so friendly and treat you like one big family nothing is ever too much for me to ask them to do always very happy to help and go beyond. Extremely good with visits and brilliant meal time, mum has been here for several years and never
had any problems and built up very good friendships with staff.

Cannot fault the team at Heffle Court. The overall care, understanding and professionalism are top-class. We approached them when an emergency placement was required and they dropped everything to accommodate my uncle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this care home to any of my friends.
