Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Dad is well cared for, he is treated respectfully and with dignity. Management are always happy to hear any concerns we have and act on them. I would also comment on how the end of life care was so well planned. It was thoughtful and sympathetic to both my husband's needs and ours as a family.
I have always been made to feel welcome to come for a visit any time, often welcomed with a cup of tea and a biscuit and a chair found for me. Today I had a really busy morning without breakfast or lunch, and the manager brought me a coffee and a plate of pastries.
