Have always found the staff and management team to be very caring and helpful.

The home is extremely caring, professional and friendly. Staff always put the residents first. They keep family updated and are very supportive. The residents look forward to their interaction and enjoy visits to outside places. The staff treat all their residents with respect & dignity.

My mum has been a resident at Orchard House Care Home for over 2 years now, she has been bed bound for almost all of this time. Mum has liked her time here, she likes all the staff, their kindness and didn't want to leave to move closer to family, so, for me, this speaks volumes as to how good the
care is and the staff are at Orchard House. Recently mum has been receiving paliative car, the nurse Paula called me straight away to advise me on her treatment & what this meant. Mum is kept very comfortable and she is happy. While I live quite a journey from the home I am confident she is getting the best care, which give our family peace of mind. All the staff are lovely.

My first impressions of Orchard House Care Home, warm, very, and welcoming members of staff. The manager and all staff work together to make sure the residents feel safe, respected and cared for everyday. A great range of activities, outings and service for the residents, organised by the
hardworking activities team. Nothing ever seems to much trouble for the hardworking staff. The decision to settle my partner at Orchard House, was the best one we could have ever made. Thank you.

We were always treated with respect and our feeling were also took into account. We were always asked if they could help in any way, offered food and drinks.

My brother spent nearly a year with Orchard House Wisbech. The care he received there was excellent, nothing was any trouble to the staff. Medical staff, carers, and everybody who helped him. Laundry staff, cleaners and gardeners everyone was brilliant.

They have recently allowed us to hold my late Dad's wake in the lounge. Also provided the food, which was absolutely amazing and the staff and care my dad received were very good too. During his last days, I couldn't fault the support and care we also received.

The staff treat the people with much respect, tending to all their needs, they do many activities for them, taking them out and arranging things for them in the home. They are a caring bunch of people. The home is always clean with everything in its place, the meals are varied, and all food looks
good.
This has got to be the most well run care home I have ever visited; nothing is too much trouble for the carers.

My sister got married early May and we really wanted our mum to still be apart of the special day. Before the wedding the staff communicated the plan for the day. It all worked out perfectly. Seeing mum at the front of the church looking happy, proud and dressed lovely. Brought tears to my eyes. Mum
was overwhelmed with being apart of the special day. Mum was treated with dignity. A big thank you to the staff involved.

Orchard House is a safe friendly environment, the residents are treated with respect and patience. The staff are always on hand and always smiling. It's nice to see the same friendly faces each week and great comfort to know familiar faces are caring for my father. Dad seems very settled here which
is a must for us. He gets regular drinks and snacks and has free movement on the top floor which allows him to still be mostly independant. There are plenty of activities to get involved will and weekly updates on the schedule. A nice care home.

Orchard House Care Home are a spectacular team of carers, my mother moved here after an emergency care home move and they have been so welcoming to her and our family. The standard of living at orchard house is exceptional and the quality of care is amazing as everyone there is just so lovely.
Unfortunately my mother's birthday was spent in hospital but she is now being looked after in the care of Orchard House again and when she returned they organised a party for her and our family in a private room and they had a birthday cake made for her too. Couldn't ask for better service and care, they have just been wonderful.

The Orchard House Care Home team are truly amazing. Every care is taken to make sure all patrons are cared for and extra special care especially during the Christmas season. Visits from Santa (exceptional), elves and the wee donkey. My dear dad's face lit up with true joy, he loved the visits. Even
though he is bed bound he still was included. Absolutely priceless memories made.

Orchard House Care Home, is amazing. They go above and beyond to support their residents, with fun activities and special events. My mother in law lives here and all her support workers are so kind and fun. For her grandson's wedding, they helped her prepare and went above and beyond to make her
look beautiful for the day. They have lovely facilities and a peaceful garden where they have barbecues and activities.

Since my granddad has been here, we have attended a few activities that have been planned - singers, Halloween activities, children in need - everyone has really enjoyed these events.
Grandad has also commented on the time he has seen the singers and people coming to see him in his room to chat to
him, he has enjoyed.
My family are also planning on attending the Christmas fair.

The team should be proud of the work they do at Orchard House. The residents are so well cared for. My Mother-in-law is happy and safe being looked after by staff who absolutely care. Thank you all so much.

I was recently told the staff were going to decorate my dad's room. I expected some new paint and maybe the curtains changed. I was wrong. they have totally personalised his room and it looks amazing. As soon as you enter you can see all his interests on the wall in paintings and accessories. My dad
is so happy, the staff have been fantastic for him since he moved in.

Mum is well cared for and is safe. The staff are very friendly and there is a great sense of community amongst the residents. Dad is made to feel very welcome and they enjoy spending time together. The nurses are very attentive and liaise well with the local practice.
