My father has been here for 2 months now and we can't fault a thing. All the staff are so friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble. Dad enjoys the activities and seems to join in with most things. His stamina has improved since being here which is good to see. Well done to you all, I'll be
booking my room soon!!!!!

I am writing on behalf of my husband, who had a 3 week stay at Amberley. The care he received was excellent, and all the staff nurses/helpers were all very caring, which I am sure resulted in my husband coming home. We are very very appreciative of this kind of care.

Mum was a resident at Amberley Hall for 6 years. The staff on Kensington Wing were exceptional and we are very thankful for the love and support they showed to mum. In the last few years, Mum has really struggled to communicate, and the staff have had to anticipate her needs, which they have done
wonderfully. When I visited mum, everyone was very friendly and wanted to keep me up to date with mum's condition. I would highly recommend Amberly Hall to others.

Lovely visit to Amberley today, the staff work so hard to entertain their residents. Today was a dementia cafe with mocktails, lovely atmosphere, sun was shining on the outside and the inside! My father in law drank 2 mocktails, he thought he was drinking a cocktail in the sunshine, lovely to see
the residents enjoying themselves.
Well done to the entertainment team, keep up the good work

I have been at Amberley Hall Care Home for rehab after losing use of my legs from the waist down (spinal stenosis). The physio and care staff have all worked so hard to help me recover, very helpful, always there to help. I would recommend this home to anyone. I would like to say a big thank you

My mum-in-law was cared for very well during the palliative care period she received whilst with you. Nothing was too much for your lovely staff. Thank you to the nurse Gabrielle and all her nurses, who kept us informed at each stage. I would say well done and thank you for all your care.

My mum was only at the home for two weeks, but the care and attention was outstanding. All the staff were extremely kind, not only to my mum but also to myself.
The rooms are so clean and comfortable.

Could not have asked for any better care and support from the staff and carers. A few hiccups with regard to kitchen staff, i.e. ran out of main tea meals and deserts, realise there are a lot of people here, but it's a shame these things happened.

If I were to come to care home I wouldn't hesitate to come to Amberley Hall, the staff are friendly and helpful.

My mother who is 97 has been at Amberley Hall for 2 years and 4 months. On admission she was very frail and underweight and had lost interest in life. With the home's excellent care Mum is now 2 stone heavier, bright and full of life. The home let us use the farmhouse kitchen and garden to host my
sister's 70th birthday tea for a few hours so Mum could be there and she enjoyed it so much. All the staff at Amberley Hall are caring and interested in the residents, I can't thank them enough.

The care and attention my Dad received has contributed to his health improving following a stroke. This has occurred within a few months at Amberley Hall.

I do not think anyone wants to fall over, but because I did, I was pleased I had somewhere to go where I could receive the required help and experience that I required.

A very pleasant place to stay. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Lots of activities to get involved with. The other residents were very friendly. My wife was there for intensive physiotherapy to get her more mobile. My wife and I both feel that she wasn't receiving enough physiotherapy. Other
than that everything was OK.

The staff team provide excellent care and attention to residents. They provide care that's tailored to the residents individual needs; for example my step mum likes ice cream with her pudding and it's provided and another resident likes cheese and biscuits and they're provided for her. They provide
emotional support.

My mum has been a resident since November 2024. Over this period she has been supported and treated with dignity and care.
She actively participates in the activities on offer and enjoys the interactive support from the tea and with other residents. As a family we are made to feel very welcome by
all, every team is excellent.

All staff seem very freidnly and caring with good communication with relatives and residents. Pleasant experience coming here.
