Mum is a fairly recent resident but after a couple of weeks respite care she decided to stay which we are very pleased about. All the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful, happy to go the extra mile to assist if needed. Facilities are very good with lovely views from the rooms. The
entertainment staff do an amazing job of involving the residents in lots of activities, lovely to see them all enjoying the lounge. The cafe is a thoughtful place for families, and the newly added coffee mornings are a lovely touch.

My brother was placed in Aldringham Court Care Home, suffering from lung cancer, which had metastasised into the brain. He was very well cared for by the nursing staff and care assistants. We visited every month or so and always found the home to be a very welcome place. It is a very well run
nursing home with very dedicated and thoughtful staff. I cannot praise them highly enough, especially the nursing staff who were there for our brother when he passed. Well done to you all.

My mother had 2 weeks of respite care at Aldringham Court because her companion was away, and to inform a decision down the line as to her care preferences. We found the staff outstanding, without exception, everyone was so happy, kind, caring and proactive. Staffing levels were high, which made the
whole environment calm and reassuring. My mother said the food was excellent, and again catering staff was very helpful. Mummy would have liked to have gone into the garden without being accompanied - I understand this is more practical in the summer months. A successful first visit. P.S. Other residents seemed to be comfortable and catered for. Thank you.

My elderly mother stayed at Aldringham Court for four months while her home was completely renovated after a flood. Throughout her stay, she was cared for and made to feel welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful to both my mother and her family and friends. The home was incredibly clean and
tidy, and always smelled homely. The friendly activity team did all they could to include my mother in all activities. It would be a huge benefit if the garden were more accessible for residents. There were a few occasions when male residents came into my mother's room, which made her feel very unsafe. This needs to be addressed.

Both my relatives have settled in very well and the security provided by them being residents is very comforting. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

I am extremely happy with the care my father is receiving at Aldringham Court. After a few very unsettling years, my father has found peace in its beautiful surroundings. The staff could not be more caring towards my father and are always very welcoming when I visit. Dad is included in a wide range
of activities that take place at home, and I love seeing the photos posted on their social media page of what they get up to. The nursing staff are very professional and are always willing to discuss Dad's health and well-being. Dad enjoys the 'home cooked meals' and I am very grateful for the time and effort spent on his birthday. The special birthday cake and gifts made his day. It is a lovely place for my father's last years. Thank you.

Met at reception with a smile. Was pleasantly surprised to meet my family member looking so well. The care he has been given has enhanced the quality of his life greatly. He no longer needs assistance to walk - his diet has improved and so too has his strength. He is engaging with the other
residents and partaking in activities, painting being his favourite. It is such a relief to know he is happy the worry we had is gone.

arrived. This is an excellent facility.

The staff are caring and willing to take on board suggestions for his care eg loss of both hearing aids, which I have purchased new ones. The nurses will incorporate a check for the aids in their hourly inspection, all nurses will be advised of this when the new aids arrive. They have organised his
room. The staff always make me very welcome. I appreciate the social media posts - it is comforting to see him taking part in activities.

My mum was at Aldringham Court for around 3 months in all. When she first arrived, she could be quite challenging and the staff were nothing but brilliant with her. After a lengthy hospital stay, mum was welcomed back to Aldringham with such warmth, as was I and all her family. They nursed mum
until she passed away, and the care, compassion, empathy and kindness shown to us all was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was mum wanting ice cream for breakfast, the constant cups of tea, and most importantly, the support and hugs we as family got when times were hard. The food served to residents is first class, and particularly when mum wasn't eating much it was never to much trouble to provide her with something else. Mum was treated with respect and dignity throughout her stay. I never expected a nursing home to feel like home, but at Aldringham Court it really does. I will be forever grateful.

Mum was a very difficult person to look after as she was very agitated. The staff were all so patient and kind. We couldn't fault the care she received. They not only looked after her but always asked if we were ok as well.
