The home is lovely, staff are welcoming and nan is happy and settled. She has a lovely homely room. The home holds memories for us as a family as my Grandad was here in 2023 and now Nans here.

Culverhayes Nursing Home keeps my husband safe, well cared for, they encourage hi with his eating. The staff are always friendly. I am kept up to date with any issues arising. I would recommend CH for there caring, support & friendliness to all visitors and looking after residents.

My brother was at Culverhayes for only 3 months before he died there of Alzheimer's. He was already a shadow of his former self in spite of excellent care at another care home. With hindsight it was good for him to have made this move. The staff at Culverhayes are numerous, always ready to help,
always so kind and gentle, always smiling. It was reassuring that nursing staff were on duty 24 hours a day and entertainment staff to pass the days.

All staff very friendly & helpful. They all know about dad's health & what's going on. We are all very happy with the level of care & pleased he is in this home.

On my visit with my sister to see him on 11th July, for his birthday, was concerned to notice his hair looked as if it need a cut & his nostril hair also needed seeing to. In the past this has always been seen to. We wish to know who prescribed all the tablets he is taking & why this is?

An excellent nursing home. Extremely kind and caring staff. It handles well any challenges arising. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Food is superb. Overall, well organised and managed.

Culverhayes Care Home has truly made life easier for me as they have taken care of my husband since December 2021. From the time I reached out to them, the Culverhayes team have been warm, responsive and genuinely cared about reaching the right solutions to any problems I encountered. They always
treated me and my family with respect & patience. I feel this care home combines professionalism with heart. I am very grateful for their support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We are all very pleased with how well my sister has been looked after by the staff and carers. A lovely, pleasant home. It gives us all peace of mind knowing that most of the time she seems very happy. Down to how well she is looked after. So Many thanks to all who care for her.

The first impression was when I viewed the home was very clean which is very important for me. The surrounding were beautiful and rooms were bright with ensuite bathroom very clean too. I found manager and staff helpful + friendly caring and competent. I feel confident that my dear husband will
settled and be happy nothing is too much trouble whatever they are asked to do and they do it, it with kindness so a happy care home.

Culverhayes has provided exceptional care to my father. To sustain this level of care with the demands they are faced with at times is a credit to them. The attention to individual needs, likes and dislikes of my father means that as family we can have time away from the nursing home knowing that
his needs are met.
The home liaises with the family when necessary and holds regular meetings to update/discuss the future of the nursing home and events upcoming.

I cannot sufficiently describe the sense of wellbeing that comes from knowing that a loved one is being properly cared for. The management and staff and Culveridge are exceptional. Professional, caring, proactive, considerate and genuinely committed to providing the best care possible. From the
wellbeing co-ordinator to the carers, nursing and management, all are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

Cannot fault the care home. All the staff I have met are the kindest souls with patience and warmth rarely found. The management appear to be supportive of their staff and patients, and are very welcoming and generous with their time for families of residents.

I have nothing but praise for the care my husband receives, in my view the friendly + smiling staff do a very difficult job with respect, dignity + compassion, they are always alert and attentive to the residents and visitors needs. They also check that I am ok. I feel less stressed that he is well
cared for.

My Friend has been at Culverhayes nursing home for nearly 3 years. The care she gets is great from all the staff are so friendly and caring. The food is lovely well balanced and good choice menu is change regularly so keeps meal time intresting. Over the last 3 years the home has gone through an
amazing transformation by there own team of trades people making it a bright and lovely environment for the residents.The gardens are lovely for a afternoon in the sun with my friend. The wellbeing staff are always coming up with entertainments to help the residents to relax and enjoy life. The house keeping team keep the place clean, and the residents cloths washed daily, so they always look there best. I could not have have found a better place for my friend.

The care given to my wife was outstanding. Very compassionate staff with great attention to specific needs and complete understanding of a difficult condition. To be highly commended for their work.
