Chellacott House has been caring for my Mum, who has cancerous brain tumours since November 25 & during that time my family have found the management & staff to be kind & caring towards Mum & friendly towards us. The activities coordinator has been especially kind & supportive towards Mum &
regularly visits her to check on her and spends time talking to her & us if we are visiting, he also encouraged Mum to join in the Christmas activities so she had a change of scenery though she wasn't well enough to join in. The nurses have also been really supportive kind & caring towards Mum & have been willing to answer our questions & have organised reviews of Mum's care via third parties quickly which we really appreciate. Sometimes, the, cleaning is not perfect but it is still of a good quality and sometimes Mum has to wait a long time for someone to help her use the bed pan which can cause her distress but we realise the staff are busy.

I have had a most pleasureable experience. Staff are excellent and most helpful. Food is good. My stay has been of the highest.

The work takes a lot of doing, don't think it could be any better. Very pleased with everything, could not ask for better.

The care for my cousin was very good as were the activities for the residents and relatives, everybody who looked after my cousin were very caring.

The care provided of Chollacott is very good. The activity coordinator is excellent and makes every effort to take the residents out as to provide entertainment at the house. The management is caring and competent and always welcoming.

My husband arrived at Chollacott just before Christmas. He was made very welcome. Also as a family we were happy that he was in a safe & friendly environment. He has had several trips out in the mini bus which he enjoyed. The entertainment is first class.

My dad's care always appears to be very good. My dad is not the most communicative of people and does not normally partake in activities, however he is always encouraged to take part which he does, which I find to be wonderful. I think my dad is very well cared for.

The care was professional understanding and kind, with things to make his stay as happy as possible. The staff were wonderful at understanding my husband and his needs. He had a very happy stay. Thank you so much.

My mum moved into Chollacott House Nursing Home on 1st August 2024 and I cannot praise the staff enough. They are so kind to my mum and always keep an eye open as she had a tendency to fall when she was at home. The activities guy has been especially kind. He keeps mum motivated and includes her in
the activities as much as possible - which she likes to do but especially the trip to the Meadows most recently. It is also good for her to be motivated as much as possible.

The staff and the whole experience is first class. My mother has settled in to her life in the nursing home. The activities guy is brilliant. He is very kind, helpful and works very hard to make the residents feel at home and happy.

The staff have all been so caring and friendly, they always communicate my dad's needs if he needs anything, nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is always so helpful and very happy to help with a smile on their face. My dad is very happy and really well cared for. Thank you!

The home is very welcoming with pleasant surroundings. The staff are never short of a smile. The atmosphere is one that makes the home very comforting. My wife is very relaxed.

My father was a resident at Chollacott House Nursing Home & Drake Unit for eight months. His care was of the highest quality. Staff were kind, competent caring and friendly at all times. The management team were extremely supportive to our family. My father had complex medical conditions that were
often not easy to deal with but Chollacott cared for him with expertise, compassion and great respect for his dignity. He was always safe, clean and well cared for.
The food was very good and there were plenty of engaging activities on offer.
Sometimes the cleaning wasn't perfect but it was still of a very good standard.
Overall, Chollacott House Nursing Home was everything we could have wished for once my father was unable to live at home.

The standard of care that my gran has received from Chollacott House was fantastic. The staff are so friendly and considerate. Treating everyone with care and compassion. No request was too much. This was my first time dealing with a care home and the management guided me through the process,
without them I would have been very lost.

The staff are always smiling and always happy to help. I rest easy knowing that my mum is in good hands with the excellent care and people at Chollacott House.
