From the receptionists to the manager, care staff and nurses and the activities supporter I cannot fault Magna Care Home. Placing any relative into care is an enormous decision . The Home is in lovely grounds and the staff are extremely helpful. Following a review of a care plan the home are

Magna Care Centre is a lovely spacious home with decent bedroom, with lots of activities. Mum entered Magna in Nov 2025 for a short time due to illness, but the staff were very caring and nothing was too much trouble for mum anytime of day or night ie food, drink or just help and chat. Due to last
few days and hours the staff were very helpful too all of the family who wanted to spend time with mum. We can't thank them enough.

Magna has a very welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and caring and they work hard to ensure that residents are well cared for. Whenever we visit to see dad there's always a cheery greeting and a friendly wave from the staff, and he is evidently well looked after. The food is great too!

On our visits to the Magna Care Centre the visits are always fruitful in the actions of the staff and the demeaner of the residents. We have seen the variety of activities, and the enthusiasm all who participate, is a great specter to see. The work of the staff organising the activities, cannot be
under estimated, it is fantastic. The care towards the residents is shown by the 'extra mile' in providing benefits towards resident care. A joy to see!

I have found Magna Care Centre to be outstanding. My sister was beautifully looked after and the family really well supported. The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I said to a friend of mine, 5 stars are not enough, more like 10 needed! Thank you Magna - you helped me through such a
difficult time, will never forget your kindness.

My friend was admitted to Magna Care Home 10+ days ago, and I have visited her in that period many times, even staying nights in the recliner chair (very comfortable).
On my first visit, I was immediately struck by the atmosphere, homely, welcoming, light and fresh, and this only grew when I met
the staff, each one, nursing, cleaning, kitchen, caring and office staff, ALL without exception, kind, helpful, thoughtful, fun - plus - professional! This is a special place.

The staff are wonderful. The care is professional and caring - the nurses are attentive and informative. The support staff are friendly and cheerful. The facilities are excellent. The lounge is comfortable and welcoming. The activities are engaging, and the residents are clearly enjoying them. The
garden and grounds are beautiful, and the rooms have a great outlook. I have felt very confident that my mother-in-law is being well looked after.

My very dear friend of many years was admitted to Magna Care Centre yesterday. She is here for end-of-life care, suffering from terminal lung cancer. On first impression of the home, I am happy that it's very welcoming, with kind, compassionate staff in attendance. My friend has a lovely,
comfortable room with a garden view. I feel already that she will be looked after.

My wife received good nursing and personal care. Every member of staff is hardworking and treated her with respect, compassion and friendship, and given support. Housekeeping is excellent. Her room and ensuite is modern and well finished. The house and grounds are well-maintained. The communal area
and restaurant are good in design and finish. I shall enthusiastically recommend The Magna Care Home. Thank you.

Initially, when joining my disabled wife, I spent my time with her in a room. When she passed away, I was encouraged to join others in the lounge and participate in the many activities, and organised visits to Magna. I have felt extremely happy, and with other residents have got to know everyone.

The staff are professional, friendly and approachable. I felt my mum was in safe hands and was well cared for. Our family was well supported by the team. Our opinions were valued and listened to staff were always available and accessible. The environment is well cared for and pleasant to be in. The
food was amazing, the activities were creative and varied to meet individual needs. All of the team and Magna contributed to making the end of my mums life as comfortable and positive as possible. Thank you.

As a keen volunteer I was keen to manage a stall at the summer Fair this August. I joined a resident, to sell raffle tickets for a humongous box of Alcohol that had been gifted by the volunteer hairdresser.
We sold £200 of tickets .
The staff kept an eye on us both and encouraged participants to
enjoy each stall.
It was a super successful day.

After a major operation, I spent some weeks at Magna convalescing until I was well enough to return home. The medical and personal care I needed was excellent, ensuring my recovery progressed well, and my dietary needs were well met, with a very varied menu. All the staff go above and beyond to look
after all residents and I have no hesitation recommending Magna Care Centre.

First time I have been away for respite, the home was really lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was really happy there for the 2 weeks. Felt very safe there. Happy with food, I had no complaints. Happy with my room and outlook.

The care home is really good, comfortable, really nice bunch of people who always on hand to help my mum. My mum has been here nearly a year and the carers and nurses love her. Lovely day room where you can visit the residents, lots of activities each day. I would recommend Magna Care Home, very
modern and lovely grounds.

Magna Care, everything you would want for a loved one, fantastic staff and facilities, all in a beautiful setting. As a daughter of a resident you just want the best care with the knowledge your loved one is having the best life possible even at these difficult times. I cannot speak highly enough of
the place, but it's the staff that makes all the difference, the care and dignity is obvious and shines through.

Environment - clean and tidy, both Mum's room and communal areas.
Mum - personal care well attended to and requests quickly met.
Staff - friendly and engaging with Mum and visitors.
Activities available on site and music activity in morning.
Food - good choice and Mum's preferences catered for.

My nan is happy and well cared for.The environment is nice and welcoming. The staff is friendly and kind. Bonus points for being dog friendly. They have lots of activities which are volunteers which creates a good sense of community.

Magna Care looked after my Mum beautifully during her last few days. They also looked after the family too, bringing us food and talking with us whenever we needed it. The home is very peaceful and calming and we wish we could have gotten her there sooner so she could enjoy it more. I would
certainly reccomend Magna Care.

My sister was admitted for palliative care so was only a resident for a few weeks. However the staff got to know her and had meaningful relationships with her. The care she received was very good, personal and delivered with care and understanding. We became a team, working together to ensure all
her needs were met and that her final days were peaceful and full of love, not just from her family but the staff as well. Thank you.

Magna has a very welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and caring and they work hard to ensure that residents are well cared for.
