My mum has been living at Hamilton Park since 31st October.
I have found the manager and her team extremely friendly, welcoming and caring.
My mum is being looked after really well, which is all I can ask.

My mums partner lives at Hamilton park nursing home, It was hard on my mum to see her partner deteriorate and have to go into a home but he could not be cared for anymore at home because of his medical condition and decline in his mobility. Hamilton park nursing home has been absolutely brilliant my
mums partner is well cared for he has a lovely big clean room and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Claudia the clinical lead has been brilliant with helping my mum with anything she needs help with she is brilliant. The manager is so nice and supportive and they have a brilliant team of staff. Every time I go to Hamilton park the activity lady is always doing something fun with the residents. The activities lady is so lovely and always keeping my mum updated with any activities coming up. The staff all join in with the activities it's lovely to see. Hamilton park is very homely. My mums partner always has lovely meals prepared for him and my mum is allowed to bring in his puddings.

My uncle is in Hamilton park it's my first ever experience with a care home and they've been so wonderful to him and my family always so helpful and accommodating they've made his stay here truly a wonderful experience he's loving the day time activities the visits from riverside and the sing
alongside I can't thank them all enough for keeping my uncle smiling

As the wife of my husband, who was in care for 3 years, I found the care and respect second to none. I felt part of a family, got to know other residents and can only praise the manager and staff. If I did have any concern, it was sorted straight away. On the night of my husband's death, I had been
with him most of the day and left about 4 PM to go home. At seven that evening, I got a call that I should go back. A member of staff who was going off duty came and picked me up. Having no transport, I am so grateful, it gave me the chance to be with him at the end.

Mum is a recent resident at Hamilton Pk and we are extremely pleased with the care she receives and how wonderful the carers, of all levels, are with her and the others. They are so patient and understanding and Mum is clearly happy and settled.

Had a CHC review this week, staff were absolutely fab and so helpful. Cannot fault anything at the home. Staff are always so helpful, which gives me peace of mind when I leave after a visit; nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I must mention a particular nurse, she is brilliant, always
helpful and will explain things to me brilliantly, so I understand the staff always smiling and happy.

Very loving home. Warm, clean and the staff are lovely. Visited Hamilton on two occasions and was very impressed with the organisation and care shown around the home. A welcoming feel to the place. Recommended.

Hamilton park is such an amazing care home,
Dad has been a resident now for a year and in that time his health has greatly improved,
The manager and her team of Staff are Excellent ,such a caring friendly environment it feels like your part of one big family,

Although Dad was only at Hamilton Park Care Home for a short period of palliative care, I'm glad I found this caring group of human beings to see him through his final days. Staff here are friendly and professional in all aspect of nursing care. Dad was always treated with respect and dignity. He
very much enjoyed the home cooked food, which always looked appetizing. Yes, the building is old and the grounds small, but this home has a warm "homely" feel all thanks to the manager and her wonderful team who are full of kindness and compassion.

My Mother has been a permanent resident at Hamilton Park Nursing Home since the end of January 2025. Hamilton Park was introduced to us by my Mum's social worker and we are very grateful to the Manager and her staff team for all their care and support as my Mum has settled in.
Mum's room is clean,
bright and cheerful and we have been able to make it even more welcoming for her by bringing in her belongings, other familiar items and family photos from her last residence.
Every member of staff that we meet when we visit is always so welcoming, helpful and cheerful and as a family we now all feel part of the Hamilton Park Nursing Home family. We are very grateful to all the staff for their on going care of my Mum.

We live a long way away and so arrive unannounced, we are always impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the huge amounts of activities offered to the residents. Having also had a meal there, the food was appetising and there was a good choice of options.

The manager and care providers are faultless in the way my mother receives her care. We have never had any concerns about the quality of accommodation, meals or treatment provided.
We are always kept informed if there are any concerns about changes to mother's health.

Dad, who suffers from dementia, has been a resident at Hamilton Park Nursing home since July 2024. Since his admission all of the staff have been fantastic, they absolutely get Dad's needs, which are many both physical and medical, and meet them. Nothing is too much for the staff to support Dad,
they are compassionate, friendly and extremely caring, each and every one of them knows Dad and his needs. Dad is not left alone for hours on end, every day they get him out of bed, dressed and take him down to the lounge with other residents. He is fed well and his personal care is well catered for. I cannot praise, the manager, and all her staff for all that they are doing for Dad, knowing the care that they are giving makes it so much easier for us as a family. Thank you to all of the staff in recognising Dad is still a human being and for treating him as such.

I have Power of Attorney for a friend who has no relatives but is part of our church family.
He was taken ill in early June and despite 4 months in hospital trying to rehabilitate him to go home, they failed to get him out of bed.
Various Care Homes in our town were approached about offering him a
place and in the end Hamilton Park were the only place to do so.
I must say that they have been absolutely wonderful, the staff are so friendly, compassionate and caring. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. Our friend has settled well, very well looked after. The staff get him up every morning and he is taken down to the lounge, which is good for retaining social interaction. Last Sunday, he was taken to the nearby church where he has friends.
I could write so much more about the excellence of Hamilton Park, but all I can say is that they go far and beyond in doing the best they can for each resident, treating them as individuals and promoting the best for each of them.

Excellent care, a very warm welcome and a great family feel every time I come to visit. Always go above and beyond for each person, always have things going on for everyone and the bond between the residents and workers is really special and very nice to see.

My Granddad has been a resident at Hamilton Park Nursing Home for 3 months now and in that time, he has made such a great improvement. The manager and Staff are excellent at their jobs the care my Grandad is receiving is amazing -

My husband has been at Hamilton for a while now and I have no complaints. I am very happy with the care my husband receives, the food is great and I'm always offered lunch. I honestly couldn't wish for a better place for my husband to be.

My mother has been at Hamilton Park for 6 months and is very contented. She joins in all the activities every day, even winning the 10-pin bowling at the age of 102. Her nails are done frequently and at the moment they are sparkly silver, she enjoys the food and seems to eat everything. The best
part of the home is the caring staff, they all seem so patient and kind and retain the residents' dignity as much as possible. Sadly the building is tired, but my mother only sees the care and love she receives.
