The care that my husband was given was very good they were so caring and caring to all the family.

Our family was deeply grateful for the experience my father had while a resident at this home. The carers truly lived up to their name and were, simply put, amazing. Their dedication to providing compassionate and dignified care was evident every single day. often going the extra mile to ensure his level of comfort happiness,the level of personalized, genuine attention made a difficult time much easier for us, providing immense peace of mind. My mother enjoyed her time at the Knoll. Staff are lovely and friendly. They looked after my mother till the end with kindness and could not fault them. They are an amazing team of nurses, carers and admin. So thank you all at the Knoll for taking care of my mum. She could be hard work for them but you did an amazing job.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. They all worked well as a team. A strong ethos of care shone through. I felt they took the time to find out what was important to us with an excellent balance of professionalism and warmth. They were all thoughtful and caring to my husband which made a very difficult time more bearable. They were helpful and respectful after my husband's death.

In the eighteen months I have visited the home, I have been impressed with the high standard of cleanliness, atmosphere and welcome received.

Staff are committed and caring. They respond quickly to concerns from relatives.

The standard of care is excellent. Residents are treated with care and dignity and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Relatives are welcome to visit at any time and are encouraged to get involved with activities. Management are always available and happy to spend time with relatives and to listen to any comments. The quality of the meals is excellent and everything is prepared on site. I have no hesitation in recommending The Knoll Nursing Home.

The Knoll Nursing Home - everyone I have met and who has helped my mother has been excellent. All the staff are very friendly and genuinely extremely helpful in what must be very difficult circumstances for some residents. I can't praise the home and staff enough, as they have cared for my mother extremely well.

This home is absolutely amazing. My mum has settled in so well and she is looked after excellently. The care is wonderful and she is so happy. All the staff are so caring too.

The staff have been really supportive and lovely. They are always smiley and happy. The home is always clean and tidy. Three particular staff members are always available to talk to if I have any questions. I can't thank them enough for how they are looking after my mum and my dad.

The Knoll is an excellent home, with plenty of care from staff who go out of their way to attend to my mother's and other residents' needs. Also good food and excellent hygiene and cleanliness. They have a modern external building called The Lodge where my mother does various activities including baking cookies, chocolate, reindeer making, wool crafting and autumnal wreaths. The staff are always happy and smiling.

My husband is very well looked after. His every need is attended to. He is very happy here and the staff are very friendly.

Being at the late stages of dementia, my father received outstanding care from all the staff. As a family, we were satisfied and happy with the nursing home in every respect. This meant that when it was time for him to say goodbye to this world, he was treated with the dignity and grace he deserved.

I cannot thank the staff at The Knoll enough for making my mum's 90th Birthday party such a wonderful occasion. The staff went above and beyond to host friends and family, and the chef provided a wonderful spread and made her a cake on her actual birthday. Thank you so much.

Loving The Knoll and the staff listen to concerns, and where possible take the appropriate action, or explain their decision. I feel relaxed about the care/support my Mother-in-law receives.

My mum went into the Knoll Nursing Home in May and and the family are very pleased with the care given to my mum. The staff are very good and they look after my mum very well, and the home has a homely feel about it, and the food is lovely. The home is kept clean.
