Our mum was not here for very long but the care you all gave her was excellent. You all made us as a family feel welcome. Thank you so much for all your kindness to mum and all of us.

It was a short stay in your lovely home. The care was excellent everyone looked after us as a family. We can't thank you enough for the way you looked after mum.

Lovely clean rooms - very light and airy. Carers are very attentive and always pleasant. My mother is very happy and well looked after by all the staff. As visitors, we are made to feel very welcome, and the staff are always helpful in getting my mother ready for trips outside of the home on
request. Special diets adhered to, and food of good quality and variety. Rooms are always clean. Furnishings of good quality throughout the home. I would recommend the Windsor to others.

My father, 90 year old, had been living in his own home and after a fall lost his mobility. Having to go into a home was a massive change for him. The application and assessment process was easy. He was treated with respect and kindness, not at all patronising on his arrival. All the staff are kind
and caring, going about their work with a smile, my father is settling in slowly, with staff doing their best to assist.

No problems, no worries, 'bloody marvellous'. As a friend of a resident I would say it is so nice to see my friend starting to enjoy life again. The staff are very attentive and he is very well cared for. He feels safe & secure & enjoys seeing all the staff who provide his care, meals, cleaning -
everything. He is very grateful.

So grateful to the home for accepting our brother into their care. It enabled close friends and family to visit him on a daily basis. He could want for no better care and compassion from everyone at the home. We were happy knowing that at his passing staff were on hand and he didn't pass alone. A

Dad is very well looked after. The staff always talk to him and ensure he is comfortable. He has a lovely big room with nice views. The food is plentiful and of a high standard. The staff monitor Dad's food and drink intake and give him his medication in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and
welcoming to all visitors. We are very satisfied with The Winsor Nursing Home and believe Dad is in a safe, caring, professional environment.

The staff are always cheerful and caring. My mum has been a resident there for the last 3 years and is happy and settled. She loves joining in the activities and enjoys the food, especially the cakes she has every afternoon.
It gives me great peace of mind to know that she is well looked after and
safe. The staff report any concerns they have about her health immediately; this is a great comfort.

My mum recently moved into The Winsor, which is in a great location near the seafront. Staff have been welcoming and kind from day one. My mum has a lovely bright room which she has personalised with ornaments and pictures. She is enjoying eating lunch with others in the dining room and being able
to have a shower and get her hair done. Winsor has a calm atmosphere and is warm and friendly to residents and their visitors.

Lovely and clean nursing home. Friendly and informative staff and professional. Very facilitating to my dad's needs. Friendly welcome. I have put good for facilities due to some rooms visited could do with updating, not my dad's room we chose that's lovely, but others we looked at.

Highly recommend - my father has recently arrived for a visit. Very smooth arrangements from start to finish (his arrival). Staff always welcoming and friendly. Very clean and professional. Very friendly atmosphere, a real 'home from home'. Thank you all.

The Winsor is very comfortable, warm and friendly. Good, calm atmosphere, good food and helpful staff. Resident very recently moved there. Well cared for and good communication with visitors and any requirements for resident, who has settled in well.

My mother's care has been exceptional, she is bedridden and yet she is encouraged to get involved in any of the activities. She is a loner and prefers her own company, she only likes visitors who she knows, someone has been visiting occasionally and she finds it difficult to talk to them as she
doesn't know them and has nothing in common with them.

Staff are extremely friendly and caring, more like good friends. Auntie is extremely happy there and enjoys the banter with the staff. Excellent home.

The staff are very attentive and caring. My husband has only been in the home for a few weeks so based on our experience in this limited time.

My elderly friend has been in hospital for three months and was extremely frail when she moved into The Winsor in Minehead. She has a lovely big room and the staff have taken such good care of her, her health has greatly improved. The food is very good, she is eating much more than previously and is
much stronger, more alert, taking part in some activities, life in general. This is all down to the wonderful caring staff and surroundings and has enabled us to have more quality time with her. Can't thank you enough.
