The home on the whole seems to be run fairly well, however I see staffing issues most times I visit and my relative has had 6 "unwitnessed" falls, resulting in hospital visits. The home looks tired and could benefit from major refit.

Nice pleasant place always clean. Very happy with the staff that provides care for my husband. The management team is very sufficient and helpful. I always feel welcomed by the staff. I’m very happy with Cole Valley.

I placed my mother in the care of Cole Valley Nursing Home just before the lockdown. As self-financing, my mother's medical and personal care has been exemplary. Wonderful, caring staff that work in a very organised, clean environment that does not suffer from some of the clinical smell associated with care homes. Food is second to none.
