View Full Details of Parkview Nursing HomeI am was very impressed with the care and dedication given to my brother by the care homes and the NHS, when he was admitted to hospital recently. The Home are in constant contact with me about matters. WELL DONE AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK FOR ALL OF THE RESIDENTS/SERVICE USERS!!!!
The experience was quite good. Looking after residents can be quite challenging under certain circumstances so I do understand.
I attended my brother's birthday, the staff were very nice and treated myself and brother well.
I feel the care given to my brother is a good standard. Always feel welcomed and staff do their best to support my brother My brother is happy within the home and he is happy that he has regular contact with myself.
My cousin was a resident at Parkview for many years prior to his death this year. I feel the managers and staff go above and beyond to provide the best care and support for their residents. My cousin lived a very full and happy life thanks to their considerable effort, patience and understanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Park View.
Experience is care support excellent. Staff and management are excellent. Excellent services.
I can say the management of the home is outstanding and the staff treat their residents with respect. My son has been treated well, this is the first home where my son has been able to communicate with staff and they understand him. One concern I have is that outside service providers such as his dentist, who is fully aware of the condition of my son's teeth and that it can harm his body, yet, showing no urgency to do something to help.
I am happy with the care my brother receives at Parkview. He has his own art area of which he sits and works and l have seen him write for the first time ever. He has one to one care and seems ti be settled at this home and treated with dignity. I would like more regular updates on my brothers activities and care though.
I've had strokes. If I become worse, ill and disabled I'd come and live here myself.
I think the carers here are doing amazing. I am very happy and satisfied with the job they are doing for my brother. He seems to be growing in a positive way and is happy and very playful.
I find staff can't do enough to help and see that my son is taken great care of as if my son was their own.
Every time I came to visit my brother I get a good welcome from the staff. It is always clean and the users of the service seem to be well looked after. My brother seems to be relaxed and the staff seem to know how to deal with his moods. If ever I feel something indifferent I address it and it is dealt with straight away. I am satisfied with my brother's care.
