View Full Details of Anville Court Care HomeMy Nani spent two wonderful years at Anville Court, where she received absolutely superb care. Her room was a lovely, bright, and spacious en suite, and the entire home is maintained to a very high standard. Nanis room was always kept clean and tidy. The staff across the board, carers, management, nursing, kitchen, domestic, and reception are all fantastic. They were incredibly supportive to our whole family, especially during my Nanis final days, and we will always be thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Thank you all very much. Xx
My brother was a resident for palliative care. The care he received was excellent. We found the home had a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. All the staff were kind, caring and professional. They treated everyone with compassion, dignity and respect. We were always welcomed and assisted with anything we needed from cheerful staff with a smile and a chat.
We found the ambience very good. The staff were caring and very understanding and helpful. Food looked really good with plenty of choice. We are very happy leaving mam in your care.
Anville Court is a brilliant home where my brother-in-law is receiving excellent care and attention at all times. It's just like living in a hotel where the staff are great as is the food.
Mum is so happy with the staff, she cites their care of her needs and says they would do anything for her. This is such a relief for me. To know that she is well cared for, safe and happy. My interactions with staff confirm that belief; they genuinely do care. I cannot stress how much that means to me.
Generally a reasonably way of life with kitchen staff very helpful in modifying the menu in order to suit my somewhat special tastes. Carers - mostly very good - good caring skills and dealing with cleaning intimate parts of the body. I don't like to be addressed across the room. One of two tend to be rather bossy for my tastes. I like the access to GP - even easier than at home. g
I find all the staff very kind, caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I'd like cottage pie or shepherd's pie for dinner sometimes. Really like the sweet and sour pork or chicken and fish and chips, would like risotto sometimes.
Always met at the door by friendly staff. Helpful. Booked app for my mom. Mom's room is clean, tidy. Lady came in to clean the bathroom, took away the flowers (not wanted anymore). Mom's lunch- hot, pudding eaten and enjoyed by her. As each member of staff passed by, they acknowledged Mom. Nice to see her smile.
My cousin was resident in Anville Court for most of the 3 months before he died. The care he was given was exemplary. Every member of staff I met was friendly to me, caring of my cousin and conveyed a love of the job; all in a spotlessly clean building. I could not have wished for a better end-of-life home for my cousin.
After my uncle was diagnosed with a brain tumour in November 2024 it was advised that he should go into a care home facility. Anville Court couldn't have been more caring and treated him with care and the dignity he deserved. Held his hand when he felt low and frightened and were always there to listen to his needs, can't recommend Anville Court enough. A massive thank you to all the staff.
I've filled this review in a true and honest way as I have found all the staff from the manageress to be happy and very helpful to me in all things considering my wife. I can't help but to give them all my highest regards as they have all been more than helpful to me and my wife and I say God bless to them all.
Couldn't be happier with everything. The staff are angels, so glad that he can be here. A big thank you.
My father has been in Anville Court for several weeks now, since the moment he arrived he has been treated with the greatest of care, nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff, they are all amazing from the reception staff to the nursing and carer teams and of course, the home manager. The nurses and carers have the greatest amount of patience with him even when he is being difficult, they look after him extremely well and take care of all his needs to the highest standards. Not only do they look after the residents but they also are very caring towards us as a family, we are always made to feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble. My mother visits most days and is made to feel very welcome with the warm family feeling that Anville Court gives, I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Excellent care home with good food, and clean and pleasant rooms. The care staff could not be better and all work with smiles on their faces. The management is first class and could not be more helpful in sorting out any problems.
Mum moved here at the start of August for palliative care, it was without a doubt the best place she could have been in. To give others the care of your loved one is not easy to do but the staff here are incredible. They care so much for their residents. The meals Mum had were restaurant quality and if there wasn't anything she fancied on the menu then another meal would be cooked for her. We dined with her for Sunday lunch and it was very special to be made to feel so welcome. Mum sadly passed away and the care that was given to us during her final days was incredible. The staff were genuinely upset to see Mum go as they had grown so fond of her in such a short space of time. I am so glad that my mum was safe, well looked after and loved by the staff that we were able to know that when we weren't with her she was in very safe hands. We as her family thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
A lovely clean care home. Very pleasant staff. Family member's room always fresh clean and tidy. If ever there is a problem it's dealt with as soon as possible. I give it 100% for value. Always a pleasure to see Mom with friendly staff.
Although my mother was reluctant to engage with anyone during her first weeks in Anville Court with staff encouragement she has begun to get involved in activities. The staff have been very patient and understanding during this time. Consequently, my mother has begun to enjoy her time in care. Thank you.
Our brother was only with Anville Court a short time (approx 4 months) but was treated very well by all staff as if he was a brother to all of them. His care was always a priority, his meals very well thought out. He was always kept clean as his toilet needs being incontinent. His room always kept immaculate. We felt it was an excellent experience for all the family to see how he had such caring care. Many thanks to all.
I have been visiting Auntie for a few months and have found staff very helpful and pleasant considering the demands they have! The surroundings are lovely and everything is clean and tidy. They entertain the residents most of the day involving them in gardening too.
Fantastic staff all around from reception, nurses, carers, cleaners and managers could not fault anything nothing is too much trouble if you ask for anything. All the staff are patient with my aunty and make sure she is comfortable.
