I came to Atholl House in March 2023 after an accident. I was living alone, therefore I could not manage alone so my brother and sister sold my house for me and I came to Atholl House. What a great decision.
I love the place (the food excellent) and the place is spotless.

My family member has been with Atthol house since Dec 24
From the word go the care she has been given has been fabulous.
The room is fine. The support she gets is great. The manager is approachable and the carers do care.
It has only improved week on week. They are constantly trying to do better.
They believe in always trying their very best.
The food is good. The hygiene is good.
It never
Smells and alarms and never always let buzzing. Residents are clean. And non look depressed.
They try to provide activities twice a day.
They will always try to make everyone happy and involved.
Well done team.

Every detail referencing resident application and admittance has been perfect. Care home throughout has been excellent.

My mother-in-law has had a number of weeks as part of a respite package. Her overall experience is reflected and she has found the 'package' to be of a very high quality. We have found all of the staff to be friendly, approachable and empathetic providing an excellent approach to care, leaving us
with a sense of comfort if she was ever to take up residence.

For the one and a half years that my mom was in Atholl House Nursing Home, she was well looked after with good care from the members of staff, who showed a lot of love to her. I am very grateful to them and it is a place that I would happily recommend.

My mum had to come for full time care, after a short stay in hospital. We have found the staff to be caring, considerate and empathic. The activities team are exceptional, you can see how the residents have a real bond. We are happy with how mum has settled here and feel really happy how she is
cared for. The place is so clean and well kept. If you have any concerns they are addressed immediately.

This home and its staff made a very difficult time for me and my family a whole lot easier. I would recommend wholeheartedly. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you. I cried when I had to leave, that should say it all!

Have been instances of poor communication from management and most of clothing came in with have disappeared. However, the home is clean and all carers are polite and helpful and there are many activities that service users take part in and enjoy. Generally, very happy with the kind and supportive
care staff who take excellent care of service users and treat them with dignity.

The times that I've arrived at the home, Mum always seems happy, the staff are all very pleasant and treat all residents as it they were family members.

An outstanding level of service.
All staff are attentive and considerate, regardless of the time or day I visit.
Communications are excellent. Any issues are rapidly reported to me, and I can visit and chat out expectations.
Thoroughly recommended.

A very friendly, caring and thoughtful nursing home, beautifully decorated throughout, with great attention to detail. Staff are very attentive to the residents, and there appears to be a real personal connection. Always very clean throughout the building and special attention is paid to personal
hygiene. Very satisfied.

My mom is very happy to be at Atoll House. She is very well looked after, and all of the staff are very committed to their roles. The rooms are clean, the food is well presented and is of good quality. Every need is met with a smile. There are plenty of activities, and the staff and service users
interact all of the time.

The team are a knowledgeable, extremely hard-working bunch of people and lovely to chat to as well. Their job is quite a difficult one but they manage somehow although in my opinion some more staff would be highly appreciated. If there are any concerns at all, you mention it to the staff and if they
can solve the issue they do or they talk to someone else who can help with that problem.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
My father was admitted here after a long hospital stay. The anxiety we had in knowing he needed 24 hr care was huge. The home is clean and welcoming and the decor is so beautiful.
The staff on Buttercup Unit, we owe enormous gratitude for the love, time and care
they took of our dad. He was out of bed every day, participating in activities in the day rooms, meals were lovely and nutritious and they generally care about their residents. Nothing was too much trouble and our dad loved every one of them. The management and nurses were exceptional, always acknowledging residents with a smile and a laugh which I think goes a long way.
We got to know several residents during our dads 7-month stay, and it was always a pleasure to visit daily to have a chat as we walked through the corridors as bedroom doors are open which I think is lovely and does a lot for residents' well-being.
Overall, you wouldn't find any better than Atholl House. Thank you all.

Dignity - care at all times 24/7.
This is my home love all nurses.
Could not wish for better anywhere.
5* treatment in loving environment.

Excellent facilities, covering a wide range, for most types of needs medical, social and cultural. Staff are very caring, compassionate and respectful towards patient care and also family.
Any request by the family towards the care is followed through immediately without having to ask again.
Excellent medical care provided by all grades of staff. Will highly recommend Atholl House Nursing Home to family and friends. Highly commended.
