Every visit is great. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. My grandma is well cared for and always feel she is safe when here. The care she has received over the past 2 years have been great. As a granddaughter I enjoy calling to visit my grandma, as there are always things going on and a pleasant smile when entering Atholl House. Just need more activities on weekends.

Atholl House is a friendly and welcome home, all the workers are helpful and friendly, all the workers are helpful and friendly, always approachable. The entertainment team are amazing and put so much effort, and I feel my grandma is very well looked after and cared for. I do feel there could be more entertainment of a weekend. E.g film afternoon.

My best friend's husband is a resident in the home. When we visit him, I have always found the home a welcoming experience. The staff are always warm and friendly. The atmosphere within the home is calming. My friend is looked after and happy. I can tell this by his smiles and calm nature. The staff always make a fuss of him.
