My father-in-law was well looked after during his one week stay at Atholl House. The staff were very caring and attentive to his needs. I would definitely recommend Atholl House Nursing Home to friends and family in the future. A big thank you to all the staff and management at Atholl House. You all

My father, who had dementia, was resident in the home for 7 months. During that time he was cared for in a caring, compassionate and professional manner. The home and the staff achieved a combination of creating a homely, safe environment, whilst managing the social and nursing needs of my father effectively.
It also felt homely and comfortable for his family. We were totally involved with his care and decisions were always made with us. Dad's needs were always put first by the staff and they went out of their way to ensure he was comfortable and happy. During his final days, the compassion showed to Dad and his family made a difficult time a little bit easier. I would definitely recommend Atholl house.

My mum was only in Atholl House Nursing Home for around 2 weeks but it was a wonderful calm and peaceful place. She was treated extremely well and treated with great dignity. As mum was there for palliative care, she couldn't have better care. As relatives, we were welcomed and staff were always there
to talk and explain everything and comfort. Thank you to everyone there for making mum's last few weeks of life comfortable.

Our mum has been a resident in Atholl House for 16 months after being in a care home. We cannot praise this nursing home enough. All the staff are very attentive to her needs, they are always very joyful and always happy, the kitchen staff always say hello and pass the time of day to mum as they pass
by. The home is always tidy and doesn’t smell. All the staff work very hard and are very pleasant. I would recommend Atholl House nursing home to anyone who is looking for somewhere for their loved one.

My mother was in care for three years and two months at Atholl House, she was always kept clean and tidy, despite being bedridden for this whole period. She was turned regularly, fed, given drinks, changed, everything and even though she would often lash out to the carers and nurses, they understood
it was her dementia, not her. I would not hesitate to recommend Atholl House to anyone looking for such high care standards. If I need to go into care, it would be my 1st requests.
