Very good kind & caring staff

Mom came to Atholl after a fall in hospital leaving her with a fractured ankle. I cant praise all the carers and nurses and management team here at Atholl enough they have been amazing with mom and all her difficult nursing and care needs. The patience of the staff is tremendous I can not even put it into words how amazing each and every staff member is. The food at Atholl is also amazing every day generous portions of amazing meals and puddings. Everyone here is so caring and so friendly nothing is too much trouble. I have spent 5 months here visiting mom with my son most days it has become our second home to where we have got to know some amazing people who now feel like family to us. They also do many amazing events here for the residents where the families can be apart of, like they recently had a summer bbq. Absolutely brilliant in every aspect Atholl house thank you for everything you have done for my family we are truly grateful.

My husband, David B lives here, and I am very happy with the care that he receives. My Husband is also very happy, and that is what's important to me. The staff are all friendly and have a good sense of humour. I don't know how else to put it; they do a wonderful job, and they are appreciated.

Very Good staff. Always looks after my wife

Every visit is great. The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. My grandma is well cared for and always feel she is safe when here. The care she has received over the past 2 years have been great. As a granddaughter I enjoy calling to visit my grandma, as there are always things going on and a pleasant smile when entering Atholl House. Just need more activities on weekends.

Lisa has been a resident here for many years, the staff are very kind and helpful. Lisa is very happy here.

Atholl House is a friendly and welcome home, all the workers are helpful and friendly, all the workers are helpful and friendly, always approachable. The entertainment team are amazing and put so much effort, and I feel my grandma is very well looked after and cared for. I do feel there could be more entertainment of a weekend. E.g film afternoon.

My best friend's husband is a resident in the home. When we visit him, I have always found the home a welcoming experience. The staff are always warm and friendly. The atmosphere within the home is calming. My friend is looked after and happy. I can tell this by his smiles and calm nature. The staff always make a fuss of him. It is this that my friend responds to and makes him happy. A well managed, clean and happy home.

My son is living here at Atholl House Nursing Home for nearly 3 years. All staff is very nice and kind, this home is very nice and clean. I am here all day with my son I am very happy they all good staff.

Nursing home is clean had good experience

This home is truly amazing. I am so pleased my aunt will spend the rest of her days in such a wonderful environment. Every member of staff shows care and compassion to ensure all of her needs are met. The home is clean, with a beautiful garden and sitting areas to enjoy. The activities programme really surprised me. There is plenty to keep residents entertained, whatever their care needs. She is genuinely happy, and I feel so much better and at ease knowing she is there. Thank you all so much.
