View Full Details of Grosvenor HouseThe staff are first class. Brilliant. The care home stands out.
My aunt was treated with dignity in the last few days. She had been a resident for 5 years and in all that time we never had any worries about her care. Grosvenor House is always exceptionally clean, and nothing is too much trouble for either residents or family.
We placed dad into safeguarding with Grosvenor. Mum was exceptionally cared for 4 years ago. Its a hard decision many negative things get said in general about homes, they stick, leaving precious loved ones in care hard call. Grosvenor GET it they understand it isn't forced it feels natural nothing is too much trouble they go the extra mile always 24/7. Nursing attention 100%, staff, chef, everyone gets it. Dad was poorly their GP called to explain & we spoke in person with nurse present when dad declined the emergency GP came the attention care received would not have happened outside this home. To place your loved one in care isnt a choice we specifically choose what I would specifically choose is Grosvenor 100% no doubt at all, caring trustworthy kind lovely attentive and professional thank you isn't good enough but huge thank you for your kindness and care given to dad thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts we would have been so lost without you we truly would xxx
Very friendly staff. Residents seem to be very well looked after nice and clean.
My auntie is so happy here and the activities they do are amazing. The care staff can not do enough.
As soon as you wack through the door you feel welcome and at ease.
Mom moved into Grosvenor House on 13/6/25. She was warmly welcomes by one staff member in particular and the team. Her care was exemplary. They treated her with care, love and respect. I whole heartedly recommend Grosvenor House to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one. Thank you to all the nurses, carers and staff for making a tough decision easy.
Highly recommend Grosvenor House. They took amazing care of my mother in law.
My dad was treated with dignity throughout his short stay. Staff were caring and professional. This allowed us to spend our time together without worrying about care standards.
First impression was excellent. Welcoming, friendly, beautiful place. Events manager especially worth a mention, she knew exactly how to calm my dying father. Nothing was too much trouble, I found her so-reassuring. Lovely room and nursing staff so kind and gentle with dad, and his family.
I was instantly reassured when I visited Grosvenor House due to the calm demeanor and professionalism of the staff. The care that Dad has received has been excellent and I would recommend to others. Treatment for Dad has been very prompt and one member of staff particularly, has been comforting and and an informative presence to myself and my family. Thank you for looking after my Dad.
I cannot express my thanks enough for the kindness, care and respect shown to my mother throughout her stay at Grosvenor House. It is a comfort to know that she was so well looked after - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.
A lovely location, lots of space and a well monitored facility. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, despite it being an upsetting visit. I would recommend to anyone!
Very helpful, first class.
Amazing! great care, lovely environment.
Lovely caring staff in horrible circumstances. Lovely surrounding area and rooms.
Warm welcome, friendly staff, very clean. They are taking excellent care of her and feel very happy she is getting such lovely care.
Good palliative care, excellent with family.
We can't praise Grosvenor House enough for the care they gave to my sister in law, sadly she was only with them 24 hours but how they treated her & family & friends is beyond words. They kept us informed & were respectful beyond belief. We could not have wished for a better place for our loved one to pass away. An enormous thank you to everyone at Grosvenor House.
Kind, friendly & helpful. Excellent care for her and family and friends. Couldn't want for a better place.
