My wife has been a resident at Brindley Manor for five weeks receiving palliative care. She had just spent a total of 16 weeks in the hospital beign treated for late stage dementia, infections & delirium. The level of care & kindness shown by all the staff at Brindley Manor is quite exceptional.
Nothing is too much trouble for them & my wife is being kept painfree & comfortable at all times. I would not hesitate recommending this nursing home to anyone looking for the highest level of care.

The home my brother was in for a short time was excellent. Very caring and supportive towards my brother making sure he was cared for and supported whilst he was in their care. The family are very grateful and apprecite all the care and support they gave to us his family as well.

My dad moved into Brindley September 2022. We have been delighted with the care he has received. Nothing is too much trouble. We feel welcomed when we visit and he is getting excellent care which is so reassuring for all the family.
I would recommend this home to anyone whose family need the
nursing care they provide.

Very warm welcome when we took Mum into Brindley for respite care all the staff were friendly and smiley they coudnt be more helpful. They looked after Mum very well and woudnt hesitate to recommend.

Dad was only at Brindley Manor for a few short weeks but EVERYONE there were absolutely amazing. They looked after dad but also took care of us in one of the most difficult times of our lives.
Staff were friendly, helpful, kind and considerate.
We knew that dad was in the safest of hands.

Mum only spent a few days at Brindley Manor before she passed away, but in that short time the care, compassion, and professionalism of the staff made her final days as comfortable as possible. For us as a family, it was a great comfort to know she was being so well looked after. I'd also like to
mention Megan and the front desk team, who were incredibly kind and could not do enough to help us.

Eric was admitted for 24 hour nursing care in the final two weeks of his life for palliative care to Brindley Manor Nursing Home. As a family we felt so supported by the staff who cared for Eric with such care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment. We will never be able to
thank them enough for all they did for him to make his final resting place a comfortable and pain free environment for us to spend each day with him until he past away peacefully. We would recommend Brindley Manor to anyone who requires this level of nursing care. Thank-you from us all.

I was worried about my Mum moving to nursing care but I really didn't need to be. Mum has settled in really quickly.
The staff are really helpful and understanding. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
I really appreciate that staff take a few moments to have a little chat with my Mum no
matter what their job role is. This cheers Mum up. Feeling connected to people is so important and also means i am not so concerned about her being isolated.
There are various activities on offer for those who wish to participate and they also work hard to cater for people's dietary needs and varying appetites.

The staff at Brindley Manor are kind and attentive. Wife can be difficult but is treated with understanding and respect. The facilities, activities, and general cleanliness are all excellent and I would recommend Brindley Manor for residential care.

Mum has now been a resident for over 5 years, over this time her dementia has got worse but the staff are so considerate and caring. I feel able to talk to anyone about any aspect of her care. Its lovely to walk in to this bright and light place to be greeted with smiles and friendliness. The food
is excellant, fresh and tasty! Brindley Manor is always spotlessly clean at all times.

My son came to Brindley Manor after being very ill in hospital. The medial care he received here is excellent and I feel he is in safe hands and getting the best care for his issues. You are always welcome at Brindley Manor. The staff are very organized and efficient and know their jobs. They are
ever cheerful and always have a ready smile which is so important to visitors and residents.

This is by far the best nursing home ever visited in Worcestershire, we have had family experience of 8 others. Exceptional staff, all very approachable, including management. Nothing too much trouble. Our dad is well monitored and kept immaculately clean & tidy. Beautiful rooms, location & gardens.

What can I say Brindley Manor if I could pick it up with all the staff and move it closer to my home I would, the staff and management have all been so kind and help keeping me well informed about my husband, it will be asad day when he leaves, but I need him closer to home I only hope and wish I

After a nightmare experience at a different home. I thankfully got mum in Brindley Manor. It is a breath of fresh air literally! Mum is so well looked after and kept clean and tidy. All staff are so friendly and very attentive. The place is kept clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I know mum
will enjoy her days here as they make sure lots of activities for them to join. And mum says that the food is amazing! The management team is so friendly and always available to help and listen. Thank you all at Brindley Manor!

Am pleased with mum's residence at the home, seems to have settled in now, well looked after feel she is safe and cared for. Food good, all home cooked. They moisturise her skin and is made to feel comfortable.

My dad moved into Brindley September 2022. We have been delighted with the care he has received. Nothing is too much trouble. We feel welcomed when we visit and he is getting excellent care which is so reassuring for all the family.
