Mum only spent a few days at Brindley Manor before she passed away, but in that short time the care, compassion, and professionalism of the staff made her final days as comfortable as possible. For us as a family, it was a great comfort to know she was being so well looked after. I'd also like to
mention Megan and the front desk team, who were incredibly kind and could not do enough to help us.

Eric was admitted for 24 hour nursing care in the final two weeks of his life for palliative care to Brindley Manor Nursing Home. As a family we felt so supported by the staff who cared for Eric with such care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment. We will never be able to thank
them enough for all they did for him to make his final resting place a comfortable and pain free environment for us to spend each day with him until he past away peacefully. We would recommend Brindley Manor to anyone who requires this level of nursing care. Thank-you from us all.

I was worried about my Mum moving to nursing care but I really didn't need to be. Mum has settled in really quickly.
The staff are really helpful and understanding. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
I really appreciate that staff take a few moments to have a little chat with my Mum no matter
what their job role is. This cheers Mum up. Feeling connected to people is so important and also means i am not so concerned about her being isolated.
There are various activities on offer for those who wish to participate and they also work hard to cater for people's dietary needs and varying appetites.

Although our mom was only with you for a short time before passing away. All the staff showed great kindness, care and compassion towards Mom. We were grateful that your care made Moms final days as comfortable as they could have been.

The staff at Brindley Manor are kind and attentive. Wife can be difficult but is treated with understanding and respect. The facilities, activities, and general cleanliness are all excellent and I would recommend Brindley Manor for residential care.

Mum has now been a resident for over 5 years, over this time her dementia has got worse but the staff are so considerate and caring. I feel able to talk to anyone about any aspect of her care. Its lovely to walk in to this bright and light place to be greeted with smiles and friendliness. The food is

My son came to Brindley Manor after being very ill in hospital. The medial care he received here is excellent and I feel he is in safe hands and getting the best care for his issues. You are always welcome at Brindley Manor. The staff are very organized and efficient and know their jobs. They are ever

This is by far the best nursing home ever visited in Worcestershire, we have had family experience of 8 others. Exceptional staff, all very approachable, including management. Nothing too much trouble. Our dad is well monitored and kept immaculately clean & tidy. Beautiful rooms, location & gardens.

What can I say Brindley Manor if I could pick it up with all the staff and move it closer to my home I would, the staff and management have all been so kind and help keeping me well informed about my husband, it will be asad day when he leaves, but I need him closer to home I only hope and wish I can

After a nightmare experience at a different home. I thankfully got mum in Brindley Manor. It is a breath of fresh air literally! Mum is so well looked after and kept clean and tidy. All staff are so friendly and very attentive. The place is kept clean and the rooms are very comfortable. I know mum will
enjoy her days here as they make sure lots of activities for them to join. And mum says that the food is amazing! The management team is so friendly and always available to help and listen. Thank you all at Brindley Manor!

Am pleased with mum's residence at the home, seems to have settled in now, well looked after feel she is safe and cared for. Food good, all home cooked. They moisturise her skin and is made to feel comfortable.

First impressions count. The manager was open to an inspection tour without appointment, and the immediate impression was of the dementia unit being extremely clean and fresh. This home is simply but comfortably furnished and does not seem to waste money on unnecessary luxuries which residents would
not recognise or value.
Carers and nursing staff are always positive and cheerful in outlook. The on-site hair salon does a good job at reasonable price.
Ambulatory residents are allowed to move around the secure area at all times, this provides some interest and comfort in residents' daily routine.
Dietary preferences have been well respected, and the food appears to be of both good quality and quantity.
Minor medical issues have been reported promptly and quickly communicated by telephone, and have been reviewed on the families next visit. Overall communication from management, carers and nursing staff has been excellent.

My mother has been a resident since December 2023. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Mum has vascular dementia and Alzheimer's and staff are very knowledgeable of her condition. She is happy at the home and as a family we are very happy with the care she receives.

Previously she was the Deputy Manager of Grosvenor House Nursing Home which won care home.co.uk's prestigious award for Top 20 Best Nursing Home in the West Midlands for 5 years under her leadership.


Her experience and skills are essential to achieving our number 1 priority: that Brindley Manor Nursing Home is a place where we would want our own parents or grandparents to live. Jensy is passionate about providing high-quality care for our Residents and continually improving the services we offer.

Mariamma started at Brindley Manor Nursing Home as a Nurse then became the Clinical Lead and most recently we were delighted to announce her appointment as the Deputy Manager. She has a wealth of nursing experience and her calm and caring manner in addition to her leadership skills mean she is a key member of the Brindley Manor team. She is a big part of our drive to continually improve and provide the highest quality of care to our Residents and improve clinical standards.

Blaise is an integral part of the Brindley Manor Nursing Home team providing activities for all our Residents based on their needs and personal wishes. She has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm and you can see by her interactions that she genuinely cares about all of our residents. It really is heartwarming to see residents respond so positively and happily to her patience and kindness as well as the activities she puts on. For example, her "Therapy" Pony has been an excellent addition to the home!

I enjoy my job. I like devising new dishes and menus. I get great satisfaction out of seeing our residents enjoy their food with lots of flavour, texture, etc. and introducing residents to dishes that they may not have tried before.


It's nice being part of a team where we all look out for each other. And can work whilst being able to laugh, which in turn makes Brindley Manor a more relaxed, happy and calm home for the residents.

Mel's official title is "Handyman" but he is in many ways so much more! Mel makes sure the home is safe and is on hand to fix any issues. Residents and family will also interact with him as he loves to help with adding touches to Resident rooms so they become more personal spaces and more like a home away from home. That could be pictured on the walls or fitting a new TV! He is wonderfully cheerful with a lovely sense of humour that the Residents and Staff all appreciate.
