Mum was in Brindley Manor just 2 days. Those 2 days were made easier by the staff + management. We very happy with everything they did. Very helpful very caring.

Dad was only at Brindley Manor for a short time. We moved dad there following an awful experience at his previous home. From the moment dad arrived dads care was exceptional. Every member of staff treated dad with dignity and respect. Sadly dad passed on his 6th day there, the staff made sure dad was
comfortable and pain free until the end
I cannot praise EVERYONE enough at Brindley Manor Thank you.

My Grandad recently stayed at Brindley Manor for end of life care and we couldn't have asked for a better place for him to stay. All of the staff were so attentive and friendly and treated my Grandad with so much care and dignity. They always made sure he had what he wanted and needed and made him feel
as at home as they could. Every time someone visited, they always offered drinks and made us feel welcome there- no question was a problem. Even at the very tough time, my grandad was cared for and we were supported throughout. What a wonderful, clean and friendly home- I would highly recommend.

Brindley Manor has looked after my mum with a very caring approach since she's been a resident. All caring staff and nursing staff are kind natured and have tendered to my mums needs in a very professional manner. The meals are very good and caters for dietary needs. The management staff are very welcoming
and approachable. The cleaning and maintenance is also to a high standard with also very helpful and kind staff. Rooms are well kept with good space and can accommodate personal effects to make residents room more homely. There are plenty of activities too for residents during their stay. In summary I would highly recommend Brindley Manor.

My mother spent the last four and a half years at Brindley Manor Nursing Home. During this time, we have seen big changes for the better.
The staff are what makes Brindley Manor special. The love, care and attention to both residents and their families is amazing, it's one large family.

When we arrive, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. We are often offered drinks with the residents. My overall opinion is that the staff treat the residents with dignity and are always very caring towards them. My uncle seems very happy to be here.

As a registered nurse with over thirty years of nursing home experience, I can honestly say my dad's care was exceptional and how nursing homes should be.
He was safe and happy. The kindness staff showed Dad and all of us, both when he was a resident and his last few hours and then after he had passed,
was amazing. Thank you. I would most definitely recommend Brindley Manor Nursing Home.

I didn't know such a wonderful, caring nursing home existed due to a lot of bad press in the media. The cleanliness and professionalism of your staff shone through from day one. My Dad was a resident for two years. He was happy and well cared for by the excellent care staff.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and he had high praise for them. They are friendly professionals and they always greeted you with smiles. They allowed us to bring in his dog to visit which meant
the world to him. He had lovely room which was comfortable and was always clean.
I would highly recommend Brindley Manor Nursing Home if you need to choose somewhere for your loved one. Dad had made friends with other residents and it lovely to see them laughing together.
I cannot thank the staff enough for making my Dad happy and comfortable.
Thank you to all the staff for caring for Dad so well.

Our cousin was transferred to Brindley Manor Nursing Home as part of her end-of-life care. The home is clean and well-organised but most importantly, it is kind and considerate to both residents and their visitors.

The home is bright and cheerful and staff are friendly and welcoming to visitors. Although difficult at first, my friend seems much happier now and takes part in activities. He has a pleasant room, looks clean and tidy and is getting to know the staff who are kind and supportive.

My mum came to Brindley Manor Nursing Home in May 2023 until she passed in April this year. The management and all staff were very caring and kept me up to date with any changes, nothing was too much trouble. The atmosphere was very happy, everyone worked hard and rooms were clean. I cannot recommend
Brindley Manor enough, I was very pleased that Mum was placed here. Thank you to everyone for looking after Mum so well.

Jensy is the Registered Manager of Brindley Manor Nursing Home and is also a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience. Previously she was the Deputy Manager of Grosvenor House Nursing Home which won care home.co.uk's prestigious award for Top 20 Best Nursing Home in the West Midlands for 5 years under her leadership.


Her experience and skills are essential to achieving our number 1 priority: that Brindley Manor Nursing Home is a place where we would want our own parents or grandparents to live. Jensy is passionate about providing high-quality care for our Residents and continually improving the services we offer.

Mariamma George

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2021

Mariamma started at Brindley Manor Nursing Home as a Nurse then became the Clinical Lead and most recently we were delighted to announce her appointment as the Deputy Manager. She has a wealth of nursing experience and her calm and caring manner in addition to her leadership skills mean she is a key member of the Brindley Manor team. She is a big part of our drive to continually improve and provide the highest quality of care to our Residents and improve clinical standards.

Blaise is an integral part of the Brindley Manor Nursing Home team providing activities for all our Residents based on their needs and personal wishes. She has an abundance of energy and enthusiasm and you can see by her interactions that she genuinely cares about all of our residents. It really is heartwarming to see residents respond so positively and happily to her patience and kindness as well as the activities she puts on. For example, her "Therapy" Pony has been an excellent addition to the home!

I enjoy my job. I like devising new dishes and menus. I get great satisfaction out of seeing our residents enjoy their food with lots of flavour, texture, etc. and introducing residents to dishes that they may not have tried before.


It's nice being part of a team where we all look out for each other. And can work whilst being able to laugh, which in turn makes Brindley Manor a more relaxed, happy and calm home for the residents.

Meldwyn Mills

Job Title: Handyman Joined: 2016

Mel's official title is "Handyman" but he is in many ways so much more! Mel makes sure the home is safe and is on hand to fix any issues. Residents and family will also interact with him as he loves to help with adding touches to Resident rooms so they become more personal spaces and more like a home away from home. That could be pictured on the walls or fitting a new TV! He is wonderfully cheerful with a lovely sense of humour that the Residents and Staff all appreciate.
