I would sooner be at home but understood this was not possible. Most staff, especially the day shift have been kind, caring, friendly and treat me with dignity. I enjoy having a laugh with the assistants. I appreciate their efficiency and see how hard the assistants work.

I have nothing but praise for this excellent care home.
The staff are highly skilled professionals, clearly work well together as a team and all the while they manage to do everything with kindness and good humour.
The atmosphere is wonderful, staff and residents alike are smiling and having fun
and they are not treated like children!
They tell me in good time if my uncle's personal budget needs a top up and even rang once when he had a blister on his foot!
The daily social media posts are great, as my aunt at home is not online, it means she can be shown photos of her husband and the activities he is enjoying.
Talking of activities: I was blown away to see the volume, variety and quality of what is on offer: snakes and spiders, alpacas, dogs, children, babies, singers, are all regular visitors and Treetops also organises trips out for the residents.
There is knitting, reading, dancing, exercises, the list is endless and is also published each week online for family to see. Well done

I am LPA to my sister who is resident at Treetops. She has just been move to a lovely, spacious new room, we were informed that this had taken place and were interested to see how she had settled in. On arrival we were informed that my sister had been in bed all day and had refused to get up, also
she hadn't eaten much at all.
On entry into her lovely new room we found food on a bedside table which hadn't been touched and was out of her reach. The table had been placed without any thought, in fact, on closer inspection, it seemed to us that the whole room was laid out for carers convenience and little thought for my sister's wellbeing.
Though the room was big and she had been placed in a corner with the toilet between her and the door to the room, she couldn't see the door or who was coming into her room, neither could she see or interact with anyone passing her door. We ended up drawing a new layout plan and leaving it with the head nurse.
The food was still there when we left.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Dad is settling in well and adjusting to living in a care home, which is bright, clean and nicely decorated. There are plenty of outside spaces to enjoy fresh air in lovely wooded surroundings. Food always smells good and is served in a very tasteful dining
room. Professional staff always have a smile for us all.

My husband and I have been visiting Treetops weekly to see my brother. We have always found the staff to be caring and helpful and excellent attention to the residents, been when very short-staffed. My brother has been a resident for over 12 months and seems to be very comfortable.

My Grandma was a resident at Treetops between 2019-2024 during this time she received residential, Elderly Mentally Infirm and end-of-life care. Throughout this time she experienced excellent high-quality care, provided by staff that worked as a team, and consistently go above and beyond. My Grandma
developed skin cancer on her right temple and this developed into a large wound, the staff did an exceptional job of dressing and preventing infection, even when my Grandma's behaviour could be very challenging. My Grandma was a proud independent woman and to watch her dementia take her over was extremely difficult, as a family we have found comfort in knowing she was given the best possible care by staff who genuinely cared. As a family, we felt the staff at Treetops not only cared for my Grandma but for us as a family. Grandma will leave a huge hole in all our lives, but we will be forever grateful to TreeTops for the dignity and compassion provided.

My mum has been here for quite a few years as her dementia has progressed and I can’t fault Treetops Court Care Home, lovely home-cooked food, plenty of activities and the staff feel like extended family, they care for my mum and me with such compassion. Now that she has palliative care this is even
more apparent.

Having a relative in care is never easy, but we are so lucky to have Mum at Treetops. Everyone is treated like the individual that they are and the atmosphere is one of fun, love and genuine caring. We couldn't have chosen a better place and as a bonus, they even let us bring the horse to see Mum!

Immediately greeted with friendly smiles and welcome. My husband was in the lounge when I visited on his first day and seemed very relaxed and at home already. He had got from his room to the communal lounge with his Zimmer frame, and some help. I was told that I could visit at any time and that I
could join him for a communal meal whenever I wanted for a very small fee. I was given the entry and exit codes.
My younger daughter and I were shown his room and the staff who would be looking after him. We put a suitcase of clothes into a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. We noticed his en suite toilet facilities, his view of the garden and his downstairs room which would make it easier for him to travel around, with help, and his Zimmer frame. We left him with books and papers, his watch and a radio. We intend to bring in a TV which we understood could be easily set up by the maintenance team.
We both thought that Treetops showed a relaxed, friendly attitude to both clients and visitors.

Treetops and all the staff give excellent care to my grandad. He has been a resident since August 2023 ad all his needs are met both day and night. All the staff have gone the extra mile to help him settle into his new home. They have really got to know him well. We have no concerns at all about his
care, he is happy and we have all become part of the Treetops family.

Very happy with the care and attention shown to my husband. He knows all his carers and he talks to all of them. I am pleased with his bedroom and I think he is too. The cleanliness is second to none. The food is excellent and my husband doesn't leave anything at all. We chose the right care home,
which is like their home, due to this being a family-run home.

I was really disappointed with the laundry being lost and very much taken to the wrong people. The staff have taken this into hand and there is a vast improvement. I realise it is very hard when residents can wander, including my own husband. The care and attention given to residents is without
fault. Thank you to all involved with the running of the home.
