All the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming. Nurses Mark, Jayne + assistant nurse Nicola were outstanding. Their bedside manners for end of life are impeccable. All the carers were the same too.

Linden Lodge is an excellent care home, all of the staff are kind, patient and caring and treat the residents with compassion and understanding. They're always very welcoming and you can visit relatives at any time. The home is very clean, the food is lovely and there's always something going
on for the residents to join in with if they want to.
My mum has Dementia and she came to Linden Lodge around 18 months ago after a few months in hospital following a very bad fall. She's done so well since moving to Linden, she couldn't even stand unaided but now she can walk without any assistance and this is all down to the time, patience and encouragement from the carers. I'm very grateful for everything they do, the residents are all very well cared for and I consider my mum to be lucky to live at this excellent care home.

Not for any specific month but constant peace of mind she is in the care homes hands is invaluable. I ve only had to chase things a couple of times in 6 years where my mom has had things wrong with her. For example a rash on her face when they know this is not her normal state and I ve wondered why
it has been left so long or for us to ask it to be sorted. Other than that the staff are great and will always answer questions about concerns. Even willing to hold her phone for face time as she can no longer answer it herself. They do a job I could nt do and should be commended.

The home is beautiful, staff were all wonderful. Lots of parking, welcoming, food excellent, all made there, it didn't matter dad needed pureed food he had the same as everyone else then beautifully presented. Care for us at the end was wonderful. We never had any concerns re: quality of his care if
we weren't there. Can highly recommend.

Mum only lived at Linden for 15 days, but very quickly it felt like "home" for her and for us. Staff were caring, friendly, approachable, and above all "human". They got to know mum and her needs astonishingly quick. How comforting and reassuring that was during extremely difficult times. Linden

Our mum moved into Linden Lodge in June 2025. It was not an easy decision for us to make but from the day mum moved in we all knew we had made the right decision. Being at Linden Lodge gave mum her dignity back! The care she received from everyone who work there was excellent. She joined in the
activities and was able to have a shower every week which was so important to her as she couldn't do this at home. The nursing staff and carers were so professional + and kind all the time.
